2050粗轧过程动态显示系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 三维动画仿真技术是模拟现实场景的一个重要的方式。这项技术被广泛的应用到许多领域。实时仿真技术和三维动画制作技术是重要的研究方向。 2050粗轧动态仿真系统是用来实现对2050粗轧机的仿真。MMI(人机对话接口)子系统是用来显示整个仿真系统的当前状态并且以三维动画来显示轧制过程,通过与其它系统的通信来接收仿真数据。操作者和相关人员能够通过MMI计算机来监视整个的现场情况。通过MMI子系统对以上问题来进行研究,研究结果如下。 (1)在系统体系结构分析时,主要介绍了软件设计的思想,并结合此思想为软件划分了具体的层次,即:基础对象层、图形对象层、场景节点层、绘制与交互层,并在模块里实现了特定的数据结构和算法。这些模块中的对象采用面向对象的编程语言C++实现。在进行对象编程时,采用了跨平台的三维图形开发接口OpenGL(Open Graphic Library)实现三维模型的开发。系统基于Windows 2000,采用Visual C++6.0开发而成。 (2)OpenGL是二维/三维图形设备的标准编程语言,但是单纯的使用OpenGL来编程是非常复杂和困难的。提出一种OpenGL与3D Max相结合的技术。实验结果表明从3D Max输出得.obj文件能够被OpenGL来识别和使用,这样大量的复杂图形就可以在3D Max中被绘制,许多编程时间就被节省下来。 (3)粒子系统可以精确或近似地模拟大量的自然现象,火焰,喷泉,爆炸,鱼群,气体,星空等等。他们的原理相似。粒子系统是由有限的粒子来组成的,用来模拟无限粒子才能出现的效果。实验表明,系统可以逼真的表现这种现象,从而提高了系统显示的效果。

【Abstract】 The technology of tri-dimensional animation simulation is an important way of simulating the real scene. It is widely used in many fields. The real-time simulation communication and tri-dimensional animation making technology are important research directions.2050 rough rolling dynamic simulation system is used for simulating the 2050 rough rolling mill, MMI(man-machine interface) subsystem displays the current simulation state of the whole simulation system and the manufacture process by tri-dimensional animation, and communicates with other systems to receive animation data. The operators and others can monitor the real scene through MMI computer. The analytical strategy of the research focuses on the above questions based on MMI subsystem, and after investigation, the main results are got as follows.(l)In the process of system design, the thesis introduces some principles should be abided by in software design. Abided by these principles, four modules are devided in the design of the system. They are foundation object layer, graphics object layer, scene node layer, painting and alternation layer. Specifical data struction and arithmetic are also realized in these four layers. All the programs are coded in C++ programming language. Because the models of the system must be tri-dimension, OpenGL (Open Graphic Library) is imported in this process, which is a tri-dimension graphic development API (Application Programming Interface). The operation system selected for development is Windows 2000, and the program platform is Visual C++6.0.(2)OpenGL is standard for high performance 2D/3D graphics on devices, but programming with OpenGL only is complex and difficult. A way of combining 3D Max with OpenGL is proposed. Experimental results show that obj file exported from 3D Max can be identified and used by OpenGL, and many complex graphics can be drawn in 3D Max , a lot of programming time is saved.(3)Particle system can simulate many natural phenomenon, such as flame, fountain, explode, shoal, gas, stars etc. The principles of them are similar.
