【副题名】以浙江省湖州市为案例的研究

【摘要】 应对新经济和全球化带来的机遇、挑战和竞争,如何提升城市的竞争力一直是城市政府十分关心的问题。影响城市竞争力的因素很多,各因素对城市竞争力的贡献也不同,各种因素相互影响,因此必须把城市竞争力看作是一个动态系统的结果。本文结合浙江湖州的现状重点考察了影响城市竞争力的人力资源要素。在具体分析人力资本对城市竞争力的作用机理的基础上,构建人力资本投资与城市竞争力关系的模型,指出人力资本投资是提升城市竞争力的核心因素,并据此提出促进湖州城市竞争力的人力资本投资策略。这一研究对于探索人力资本理论和城市竞争力理论的结合,对于人才状况欠佳城市提升其竞争力有一定理论指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Faced with opportunities, challenges and competition brought by the new economy and globalization, the city government pays great attention to the enhancement of competitiveness of city affected by a variety of factors. Different roles as each factor plays in competitiveness of city, all the factors are interlinked . Therefore , it is essential to treat competitiveness of city as a dynamic process .The following paper focuses on the human capital factors on competitiveness of city in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The author attempts to propose the methods on how to enhance the investment strategy on competitiveness of city based on the analysis of the mechanism of the effectiveness of the human capital on competitiveness of city, the mode of constructing the relationship between the human capital and competitiveness of city, and thus points out the fact that human capital investment is the core factor in the enhancement of competitiveness of city. The research has a certain theoretical value both on the exploration into the combination of the human capital theory with competitiveness of city, and on the enhancement of competitiveness of city which are striving to improve the state of their human resources.更多还原
