【摘要】 企业集群是指相同的企业高度集中于某个特定地区的一种企业成长现象。在经济全球化的今天,世界各地已有许多企业集群的范例,如意大利北部的纺织业集群,美国加州的葡萄酒业集群,美国硅谷的IT企业集群,日本的汽车企业集群以及我国浙江温州的皮革与制鞋集群等。许多实证研究表明,企业集群已经成为推动区域经济发展的新动力。美国著名战略管理专家迈克尔·波特也指出,各国竞争优势形态,都是以企业集群的面貌出现,企业集群的普遍存在是企业发达国家的核心特征。 总体而言,和我国企业集群发展处于初级阶段一样,我国企业集群的研究尚处在起步阶段,大多数学者的研究集中在基本理论的探讨、国内外已有成果的介绍上,定量、动态地研究企业集群的冀展规律比较少。能够紧密结合浙江实际、有针对性指导浙江企业集群发展的研究更是较少。本人之所以选取“浙江企业集群竞争力”这一实证性较强的命题作为硕士毕业论文,是因为一方面,企业集群在浙江经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用;另一方面,以温州为代表的浙江劳动密集型企业集群某种程度上正处于困境。那么,浙江企业集群的竞争力究竟如何,应该采取哪些指标来评价正是本文要深入和系统探讨的问题。所以,本论文旨在综合国内外企业集群和竞争力研究成果的基础上,围绕浙江企业集群的发展现状,采用实证研究和规范研究相结合,系统地分析浙江企业集群的竞争力。 具体来说,本论文的第一章,即导论部分介绍了写作原由、研究方法与本文的创新点及论文的基本结构;第二章对企业集群的基本理论,包括概念、分类、特征及成因等作了概述;第三章对企业集群竞争力的概念、演进过程和国内外关于企业集群竞争力的研究进行了综述;第四章介绍了浙江企业集群竞争力的总体情况,包括浙江企业集群形成和发展的现状和动力机制,浙江企业集群竞争力的表现等;第五章则结合浙江的实际情况建立了企业集群竞争力的评价指标体系,并以浙江绍兴的纺织企业集群作为案例,对该集群竞争力进行了国内比较与国际比较;第六章在实证研究的基础上,分析了浙江企业集群竞争力不强的原因,并更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises clusters are the phenomenon of enterprises development, which is characterized by the cluster of many identical enterprises. Nowadays, there are many successful enterprises clusters, such as the textile enterprises cluster of Italy, the IT enterprises cluster of U.S, the automobile enterprises cluster of Japan and the leather enterprises cluster of Wenzhou, China. Michael porter, a famous strategy management expert, pointed out that every country’s advantage was laid out in the form of the industrial clusters, whose general existence is the core characteristic in the developed countries.Just as the development of our enterprises cluster is elementary, the study of enterprises clusters is simple. The systematic study on enterprises clusters of Zhejiang is limited. So, the first reason that I chose the competitiveness of Zhejiang enterprises clusters as the topic of my graduate paper is that the enterprises clusters are more and more important to Zhejiang economy. The second reason is that Zhejiang enterprises clusters, represented by Wenzhou, are difficult position to a certain extent. The aim of this article is to integrate the existing research and Zhejiang’s practice, and analyze the competitiveness of Zhejiang enterprises clusters.To be concrete, the first part of this article has expressed the reason that why I chose this topic, the innovation and structure of my thesis. The second part then described the basic theory of enterprises clusters, including the concept, sort, characters and reasons of enterprises clusters. The third part then expressed the concept and the development of competitiveness of enterprises clusters, and synthesized all the studies on the competitiveness of enterprises clusters. The fourth part then introduced the overall competitiveness of Zhejiang enterprises clusters, including the condition and behavior of competitiveness. The fifth part gave the indexes system to evaluate the competitiveness of Zhejiang enterprises clusters. And, based on Shaoxing textile enterprises cluster, this article has analyzed the更多还原
