植物喷施灵对北京桧柏生理效应的影响

【摘要】 本文以两年生(Sabina chinensis cv. Beijingensis ) 北京桧柏移植苗为试验材料,分析研究了0.65 g·L-1、1.30 g·L-1、2.60g·L-1三种植物喷施灵肥液处理及清水对照对北京桧柏生理效应的影响。结果表明:(1)植物喷施灵处理可增大其茎、根部SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性;叶、根中POD(过氧化物酶)及CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性;叶、茎部PPO(多酚氧化酶)活性,有利于提高苗木的抗逆性能。(2)处理1(0.65 g·L-1)能极显著增大北京桧柏苗木体内的Cu、Mg、Ca、Fe 元素含量;处理2(1.30g·L-1)能显著提高北京桧柏苗木体内的Zn 元素含量;处理3(2.60 g·L-1)能极显著提高北京桧柏苗木体内的K 元素含量;处理2(1.30g·L-1)能极显著减少北京桧柏苗木体内的Mn 元素含量。总之,植物喷施灵不同程度地促进或阻滞了北京桧柏对营养元素的吸收。(3)植物喷施灵可有效提高北京桧柏苗高、地径生长量。经过植物喷施灵处理后,处理3(2.60 g·L-1)的苗木在整个苗期的抗旱性最强。处理2(1.30g·L-1)的苗木在缓苗期及生长初期抗旱性较强。(4) 植物喷施灵处理2 在苗木刚进行恢复生长的初期引起的细胞膜透性变化小,利于苗木成活。植物喷施灵处理1 及处理2 对细胞膜脂质过氧化有较大抑制作用。

【Abstract】 The two-year-old Sabina chinensis cv.Beijingensis seedlings treated with 0.65 g·L-1、1.30g·L-1、2.60 g·L-1the sprinking plant fertilizer(SPF)and pure water as CK were analysized to research physiological effect and mechanism of Sabina chinensis cv.Beijingensis.The results show: (1)Under SPF treatment, SOD activity in stem、root of seedling is increased; POD activity as well as CAT activity in leaf、root and PPO activity in leaf、stem of seedling is increased too.All these do denefit to resistance ability of Sabina chinensis cv.Beijingensis seedling.(2)Contents of Cu、Mg、Ca、Fe elements under SPF treatment of 0.65 g·L-1 is extremely increased; SPF treatment of 1.30 g·L-1 and SPF treatment of 2.60 g·L-1obviously increased Zn and K contents in seedling;while the content of Mn under any SPFtreatment is decreased obviously.In short, SPF can accelerate or block the ability of absorbing different elements Sabina chinensis cv.Beijingensis seedling.(3)SPF can dramatically increase seedling growth of height and ground diamater.Seedling drought-resistance under SPF treatment of 2.60g·L-1 ranked first in the whole growth stage, seedling drought-resistance under SPF treatment of 1.30 g·L-1 had the stronger drought-resistance in reviving stage and initial stage.(4) MDA content under different treatments indicates: SPF treatment of 1.30 g·L-1 caused the smaller cytomembrane permeability change in reviving stage.it is good for the seedling.SPF treatment of 0.65 g·L-1 and 1.30 g·L-1 blocked the destroy role on seedling cell.
