刮板输送机的力学研究

【摘要】 本文应用动力学原理,建立了刮板输送机在不同工作状况的动力学模型,对影响输送机链条张力分布的各个参数进行了全面系统的分析。通过对阻力系数及输送机负载的分析计算,在理论上得到了刮板输送机在起动、制动、及运行状态下链条张力变化的关系式。给出了输送机力学试验台的设计方案,设计了输送机的液压伺服系统并应用Matlab 进行了液压系统的动态仿真。应用有限元法对输送机链条的薄弱环节——接链环进行了动力学仿真,对其结构参数进行了优化设计,为进一步实验研究提供了一定的理论基础。

【Abstract】 The dynamics model under different working conditions was established inthe article according to dynamics principle. Every parameter that effected distributionof stretching forces of chain was analyzed systematically. After analysis andcalculation for resistance coefficient and loads of scraper conveyor, the formulation ofchange of chain stretching force which was under the condition of start、brake andwork of scraper conveyor was obtained in theory. The design project of dynamicalexperimental system which belonged to scraper conveyor was presented. Thehydraulic servomechanism of scraper conveyor was designed and dynamicalemulation of the hydraulic servomechanism was proceeded with the help of Matlab.Dynamical emulation of the vulnerable spot of scraper chain -connecter was set upusing finite element method, and its structure parameters were optimized. That mean agreat deal for further study in the field.
