电机定子绕组浸漆后烘干工艺的温度控制系统的研究

【摘要】 设计基于对烘干炉温度精确控制的要求,采用组态王软件和PLC 实现对给定温度的单闭环监控及控制。设计中采用远红外电热管对烘干炉加热,利用铜-康铜合金热电偶采集温度信号,利用集成放大器进行信号放大,利用组态软件实现上位机对下位机的可靠控制,将已编好的程序固化到PLC 模块中,而模块的输出作为过零触发器的输入,利用过零触发器控制双向晶闸管的通断,而双向晶闸管的通断又精确的控制了远红外电热管功率的大小,从而达到准确控制烘干炉温度的目的。注重软件与硬件相结合,以更好地实现对烘干工艺的温度控制。用响应曲线法建立系统的数学模型,并利用MATLAB 软件对系统进行仿真,结果表明系统已达到生产工艺的要求。
【Abstract】 The design based on the requirement that controled for drying the degree of furnace temperature accurately, with KINGVIEW software and PLC, realization is for the single closed-loop control of given temperature. In this design with the far infrared electric heat managing for drying , stove is heated up; Use the thermocouple collection temperature signal; Carry out signal using integrated amplifier to enlarge; Realize position machine using KINGVIEW software the reliable control for position machine; Solidify the program that has woven PLC modular in; And the output of modular has been the input of 0 triggers, have used 0 trigger controls bi-directional triode thyristor know to break, and bi-directional triode thyristor know to break again accurate have controled the size the far infrared electric heat managing of power, reach accurate control to dry the purpose of the degree of furnace temperature. Additionally also emphasize software and hardware , so as realize better as to dry control of technology. By responding the curve law and setting up systematic mathematics model, and utilize MATLAB software to carry on simulation analysis to the system , the result indicates that the system has already met the requirement of production technology.
