【摘要】 网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)是测绘技术与计算机应用技术相结合的产物,使地理信息系统依托计算机网络真真实现了信息共享,并由此衍生出面向社会各行各业的应用,成为当前计算机应用领域和测绘领域研究的一个热点。 本文主要研究了在ArcGIS地理信息系统平台下处理和准备地理信息数据,应用ArcIMS软件发布地理信息系统数据两个部分。数据处理阶段主要研究了如何将AutoCAD数字化地图信息无损转换到ArcGIS平台,并在ArcGIS平台下设计地理空间数据库—GeoDataBase,最后将GeoDataBase数据转为标准交换文件Shapefile,作为信息发布的元数据。信息发布阶段主要研究了如何用ArcIMS发布地理信息数据,如何用JavaScript扩展和定制客户端浏览器的功能。 在今后的工作中,如何应用JavaScript将客户端的功能模块化以及如何利用GML语言(Geography MarkupLanguage)开发网络地理信息系统是一个长期的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The WebGIS (Web Geography Information System) is a result of combining surveying and mapping technique with computer application technique. Relying on Internet, Geography Information System(GIS) make it the true reality in sharing the information. Now, WebGIS is used in every trade, and becoming a hot point and highlight in the fields of surveying and mapping and computer application technique.In this paper,I studies primarily under the ArcGIS platform handles with preparing and transforming the GIS data, applying the ArclMS software publishing GIS data. The data handles stage studies primarily how to transform AutoCAD digital map information into ArcGIS, and under the ArcGIS platform design the geography spatial database-GeoDataBase. then, turning GeoDataBase data as the standard exchange document file-Shapefile, being used as a data that publishing in internet. On second stage I study on how to publishing the GIS data in ArclMS, how to expand and customing client application function with JavaScript.In the future, I will further study on Geography Markup Language (GML) and using JavaScript to develop function modular, and make it easy to form different application according customer’s need.更多还原
