【摘要】 非公经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,在国民经济中具有不可替代的重要作用,在我国经济社会生活中也发挥着越来越重要的作用。党的十六大明确提出“必须毫不动摇地鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济发展”。因此,加强非公经济组织思想政治教育工作具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。这是全面、深入贯彻党的十六大精神的需要,是全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的需要,是坚持和巩固社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的需要,是进一步推动非公经济持续健康稳定有序发展的需要,是加强党同非公经济组织职工群众的联系,巩固和扩大党在新形势下执政的群众基础的需要,是加强和改进新时期思想政治工作,积极推进整个思想政治工作的自身需要,是把思想政治工作任务落实到基层改变非公经济组织思想政治工作落后现状的需要。 非公经济组织思想政治教育是一个全新领域,既有新时期思想政治教育的共性,又有其自身的鲜明个性。论文从非公经济组织思想政治教育面临的新环境出发,着重探讨了非公经济组织思想政治教育的载体和方法。 引言主要讲述了论文的选题过程,阐述了非公经济组织、私营企业、新经济组织、民营企业等基本概念,论述了课题研究的意义,介绍了课题研究的现状和本文的框架。 第一部分论述了非公经济组织思想政治教育的环境。具体阐述了非公经济组织思想政治教育环境的内涵、特点、体系和优化途径。 第二部分论述了非公经济组织思想政治教育的载体。具体阐述了非公经济组织思想政治教育载体的涵义、特征和布局。 第三部分论述了非公经济组织思想政治教育的方法。具体阐述了思想政治教育方法基本涵义、特征以及几种常用的方法:实践教育法、典型教育法、心理咨询法和网络教育法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-public economy is the important component of the socialist market economy of our country, have irreplaceable important function in national economy, is playing a more and more important role too in our country’s economic and social life. The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China point out " encouraging, supporting and guiding non-public economic development impregnably " clearly, strengthening the non-public ideology and politics educational work of economic organization has great theory meaning and realistic meaning. This is overall, carrying out the need of 16 spirit of the party deeply, is the need of building the well-to-do society, starting the new situation of socialist cause of the distinct Chinese characteristics in an all-round way, insist and consolidate the need of the basic economic system in primary stage of socialism, promote the non-public healthy steady need of development in order continuously of economy further, strengthen party and connection of the non-public worker, masses of economic organization , consolidate and expand the need of the mass foundation in power under the new situation of the party, strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of new period , advance the whole ideological and political work oneself to need actively, implement the ideology and politics task the need that the basic unit changes the non-public backward current situation of ideological and political work of economic organization.The non-public ideological and political education of economic organization is a brand-new field, there is generality of ideological and political education of new period, its one’s own distinct distinctions. This paper proceeds from new environment faced in non- public ideological and political education of economic organization, have probed into the carrier and method of ideological and political education emphatically.
