【摘要】 2004年5月至2005年3月分春、夏、秋、冬对养殖长吻鮠和部分嘉陵江采集之野生二龄样本的血液学及冬季养殖个体的血液流变学指标进行了测定。并利用统计软件SPSS对数据进行分析,得出了其血液学和血液流变学常值。 春、夏、秋和冬人工养殖长吻鮠样本红细胞数量平均值分别为:♀,2.01×10¹²/L、1.20×10¹²/L、2.30×10¹²/L和1.50×10¹²/L及♂,1.75×10¹²/L、1.08×10¹²/L、2.2×10¹²/L和1.18×10¹²/L;血红蛋白含量平均值分别为:♀,69.8g/L、（缺如）、59.0g/几和45.8g/L及♂52.8g/L、（缺如）、57.5g/L和54.1g/L;红细胞压积平均值分别为:♀,36.8%、25.2%、33.3%和22.6%及♂,23.2%、22.7%、32.5%和25.6%;谷丙转氨酶平均值分别为:♀,14.0u/L、30.2u/L、35.2u/L、13.8u/L及♂,20.7u/L、24.8u/L、20.5u/L和11.8u/L;碱性磷酸酶平均值分别为:♀,220.1u/L、113.8u/L、115.8u/L、162.9u/L及♂,171.7u/L、123.8u/L、128.9u/L和150.9u/L;血清葡萄糖浓度平均值分别为:♀,1.8mmol/L、1.2mmol/L、2.5mmol/L和1.0mmol/L及♂,1.2mmol/L、1.1mmol/L、1.9mmol/L和1.1mmol/L;血清胆固醇浓度平均值分别为:♀,6.2mmol/L、5.4mmol/L、4.3mmol/L和4.7mmol/L及♂,6.1mmol/L、4.7mmol/L、3.9mmol/L和5.2mmol/L;血清甘油三酯浓度平均值分别为:♀,0.55mmol/L、3.52mmol/L、4.3mmol/L和1.98mmol/L及♂,0.67mmol/L、3.47mmol/L、2.34mmol/L和2.3mmol/L;血清总蛋白浓度平均值分别为:♀,49.8g/L、37.6g/L、35.8g/L和51.8g/L及♂,40.6g/L、39.8g/L、34.8g/L和49.9g/L;血清白蛋白浓度平均值分别为:♀,15.2g/L、11.6g/L、14.1g/L和9.3g/L及♂,12.7g/L、12.3g/L、12.1g/L和9.5g/L;血清球蛋白浓度平均值分别为:♀,34.5g/L、26.0g/L、21.8g/L和42.6g/L及♂,27.8g/L、27.5g/L、22.7g/L和40.4g/L;血清氯离子浓度平均值分别为:♀,108.4mmol/L、105.8mmol/L、187.3mmol/L和87.4mmol/L及♂,96.0mmol/L、101.3mmol/L、242.3mmol/L、103.5mmol/L;血清钙离子浓度平均值分别为:♀,2.5mmol/L、0.9mmol/L、2.1mmol/L、和1.2mmol/L及♂,1.5mmol/L、1.1mmol/L、1.8mmol/L和1.3mmol/L。 二龄野生长吻鮠的正常血液指标平均值分别为:红细胞数量1.85×10¹²/L、血红蛋白含量47.5g/L、红细胞压积19.4%、葡萄糖1.57mmol/L、总蛋白24.11g/L、白蛋白8.76/L、球蛋白15.35/L、胆固醇4.17mmol/L、甘油三酯1.65mmol/L、谷更多还原

【Abstract】 Haematological specimens of cultured Leiocassis longirostris were collected and measured from May ,2004 to March ,2005 seasonally;and haematological specimens of partly wild 2-year-old Leiocassis longirostris from Jialing River were measured too;especially, hemorheological parameters of Leiocassis longirostris in winter were measured. Then ,all the data was inputed into computer and statistical analysis was made with SPSS.From the parameters ,in the spring,summer,autumn and winter ,red blood cells （RBC） were:♀, 2.01×10¹²/L, 1.20×10¹²/L, 2.30×10¹²/L, 1.50×10¹²/L and ♂, 1.75×10¹²/L, 1.08×10¹²/L, 2.2×10¹²/L, 1.18×10¹²/L; haemoglobin（Hb） contents were : ♀, 69.8 g/L, （/） , 59.0 g/L, 45.8 g/L and ♂52.8 g/L, （/） , 57.5 g/L 和 54.1 g/L; HCT contents were : ♀, 36.8%, 25.2%, 33.3%, 22.6% and ♂, 23.2%, 22.7%, 32.5%, 25.6%; Alamine aminotransferase （ALT）contents were: ♀, 14.0 u/L, 30.2 u/L, 35.2 u/L, 13.8 u/L and ♂, 20.7 u/L, 24.8 u/L, 20.5 u/L, 11.8u/L; Alkaline phoshpatase（ALP） contents were: ♀, 220.1 u/L, 113.8 u/L , 115.8 u/L, 162.9 u/L and ♂, 171.7 u/L, 123.8 u/L, 128.9 u/L , 150.9 u/L; Glucose concentrations were: ♀, 1.8 mmol/L, 1.2mmol/L, 2.5 mmol/L, l.0mmol/L and ♂, 1.2mmol/L, 1.1 mmol/L, 1.9mmol/L, 1.1 mmol/L; Cholesterol concentrations were: ♀, 6.2 mmol/L, 5.4 mmol/L, 4.3 mmol/L 和 4.7mmol/L 及♂, 6.1 mmol/L, 4.7 mmol/L, 3.9 mmol/L 和 5.2 mmol/L; Triglyceride concentrations were: ♀,0.55,3.52,4.3 和 1.98 mmol/L及♂, 0.67 mmol/L,3.47 mmol/L,2.34 mmol/L, 2.3mmol/L; Total protein（TP） concentrations were: ♀, 49.8 g/L, 37.6 g/L, 35.8 g/L, 51.8g/L and ♂, 40.6 g/L, 39.8 g/L, 34.8 g/L, 49.9g/L; Albumin（ALB） concentrations were: ♀, 15.2 g/L, 11.6g/L, 14.1g/L, 9.3g/L and ♂, 12.7g/L, 12.3g/L, 12.1g/L, 9.5g/L; Globin（GLB ）concentrations were: ♀, 34.5 g/L, 26.0 g/L, 21.8 g/L, 42.6 g/L and　♂, 27.8 g/L, 27.5 g/L, 22.7 g/L, 40.4 g/L; Serum chlorin concentrations were: ♀, 108.4 mmol/L, 105.8 mmol/L, 187.3 mmol/L, 87.4 mmol/L and ♂, 96.0 mmol/L, 101.3 mmol/L, 242.3 mmol/L, 103.5mmol/L; Serum calcium concentrations were: ♀, 2.5 mmol/L, 0.9 mmol/L, 2.1 mmol/L, 1.2 mmol/L and ♂, 1.5 mmol/L, 1.1 mmol/L, 1.8 mmol/L, 1.3mmol/L.From the wild 2-year-old Leiocassis longirostris specimens inautumn :更多还原
