基于GPS和GIS的车辆导航及监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着城市交通运输业的不断发展,现有的交通运输管理与服务手段已不能适应交通运输业的需求,城市智能运输系统得到了迅猛的发展。智能运输系统,就是采用先进的电子技术、信息技术、通信技术等高新技术,形成一种信息化、智能化、社会化的新型现代交通系统。 本文的主要目的是解决交通运输中的车辆定位监控和车辆在陌生环境中的导航问题,进而建立车辆的报警、车辆监控、车辆导航等综合的车辆管理系统。系统分为车辆监控中心和车载导航系统两大部分。车辆监控中心由监控中心服务器、通讯机、交换机、监控终端等组成。车辆监控中心通过车载GPS回传的车辆定位信息实现对车辆位置、车辆运行状态监控并将车辆行驶的轨迹以动画的方式显示在电子地图上。车辆导航部分由车载GPS和便携式计算机构成,借助地图数据库和车载GPS回传的车辆定位信息产生适当的实时车辆行使引导指令,最终引导司机沿着规划的路径行驶。 在软件的开发过程中遵循软件工程的设计思想,按照软件工程方法进行软件设计,即按照抽象和信息隐蔽、模块化和局部化的原则来设计实现。本文论述了系统总体设计、系统各功能模块构成和系统关键技术的设计与实现,实现了GPS车辆定位信息的处理,建立了导航和监控中心数据库,应用投影匹配方法解决了GPS信号丢失时车辆位置轨迹在电子地图上的显示。
【Abstract】 With the constant development of urban traffic and transportation, its existing means cannot meet the demand of traffic and transportation management and service. An intellectual transportation system, a new kind of informationalized, intellectualized, and socialized modem traffic system, is rapidly developed by using advanced technology such as electronic, information, communication technology, etc. and by transforming the traditional traffic transportation and management system.The main purpose of this paper is to solve vehicle monitoring and navigation problems, and on the basis of which, to build a comprehensive vehicle administration system of vehicle alarm, monitoring and navigation. This system can be divided into two parts: vehicle controlling center and vehicle navigation module. The former, which is made up of central server, communication machine, switch and terminal controlling station, monitors the position and state of vehicle and shows its orbit on the electronic map. The latter, made up of GPS and portable PC on vehicle produces proper real time guiding orders with the help of map database and GPS location information to guide the driver to take the right route.All the software is developed by following the design thought, and the software project is designed according to the principle of abstraction and information concealment, module and part to design and implementation. The paper discussed the total design of the system, the constitution of the system’s function module, the design and implementation of key technology. It achieved to deal with GPS vehicle navigation and supervisor control center, using projection match method to solve the position track of vehicle on electronic map when GPS information is lost.
