基于单片机和CAN总线的混凝土搅拌站控制系统设计

【摘要】 随着混凝土外加剂技术的快速发展,对混凝土搅拌站称量精度的要求越来越高,因此需要高精度的称量控制系统,这样的系统则需要性能更优的模数转换器件和CPU,需要性能更优的电源供电,需要优良的PCB布线来保证称量的精度。随着商业混凝土产业的快速发展,对混凝土搅拌站生产效率的要求越来越高,这就需要提高混凝土搅拌站控制系统处理数据和传输数据的速度。本文在混凝土搅拌站控制系统的科研项目中研究了基于单片机和CAN总线的硬件系统的实现方法。 首先,本文讨论了混凝土搅拌站控制系统目前发展的状况、需要解决的问题,现场总线技术的发展以及CAN总线的特点,给出了本论文研究的目的和意义,并提出了控制系统的整体改进方案。接下来简单介绍了混凝土搅拌站控制系统原理、主要组件及其功能。 其次,本文讨论了改进后控制系统各个功能模块的功能、实现的方法、相关的芯片以及芯片的具体应用。特别对称量系统中的核心部分传感器、放大器、模数转换器和CPU进行了详细的介绍。并介绍了在系统编程技术在本系统设计中的应用,并讨论了其优点。接下来对本系统所用到的CAN总线的原理、CAN控制器和CAN高速收发器进行了详细的介绍,并给出了CAN总线接口的设计方案。 最后,本文讨论了控制系统中用到的开关量的输入和输出电路的设计,并给出了具体的应用电路。接下来从硬件和软件两个方面讨论了本系统所采用的抗干扰措施。实践证明,本文所设计的硬件系统不但能够满足混凝土搅拌站控制系统性能的要求,而且称量精度比原来提高了10倍之多,同时数据传输速度也有明显的提高。本系统显著提高了混凝土搅拌站的工作效率和称量精度,使其整体性能有了很大的跃升。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of concrete external reagent technology, the requirement for weighing precision of concrete mixer plant is higher and higher. Therefore analog digital converter and CPU with higher performance is required for designing controlling system. Power supply and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) with higher performance is required for assuring high weighing precision. The increase in commerce concrete industry has created a need for yielding efficiency of concrete mixer plant with higher speed of disposing data and transmitting data. We studied the achieving method of hardware system based on microprocessor and CAN-BUS in the scientific research item of concrete mixer plant controlling system.Firstly, this thesis presented a overview of the state of art in concrete mixer plant controlling system and the problem required to be resolved, and introduced the recent development in field-bus technology and the specifications of CAN-BUS, proposes a novel solution to improve the performance of controlling system. And then, the principles of concrete mixer plant controlling system, primary parts and its function are also introduced in this paper. Secondly, each module’s functions and the meanings for obtaining these functions, the applications of the related chips in the controlling system developed in this paper, especially for critical sensors, amplifier, analog digital converter and CPU, were illustrated in details. And in-system-program technology applied in this controlling system was introduced and its merits were also demonstrated. Then detailed representations for CAN-BUS principle, CAN controller, CAN high-speed transceiver, and design project for CAN-BUS interface were given.Finally, the cue of the design for switching value input and output interface circuits was given, and then a circuit in accordance with the thought of the design produced. Then the capable anti-disturbance measures adopted in hardware and software in this system was discussed.
