协同工具系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着全球竞争的日益广泛和计算机网络的不断普及,计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW)因能实现对地域上分布的设计资源的快速调集与利用,形成基于网络的企业内部或企业之间团队化协同工作模式,可以满足用户个性化、多样化的需求以及快速多变的市场,而受到广泛重视。 CSCW从80年代提出至今,国内外已经进行了大量的研究工作并已在一些领域得到应用。但协同工具系统作为CSCW环境中必不可少的基础组成部分,专门针对它的研究则相对较少。协同工具系统就是提供给参与者一个协作的环境,通过网络,实现文本、图形、视频、音频等多媒体形式进行实时和非实时的讨论交流的信息交互系统。 本论文以某设计院协同工作管理系统的建设为背景,研究时着重考虑了两个方面的问题:一方面是如何实现技术上的突破,如何充分利用新技术来适应不断发展和变更的需求;另一方面则要解决通用性和不同用户需求特殊性间的矛盾,更好的为协同工作提供工具支持,同时按照以人为本的原则关注工作人员的个性化需求。 论文首先通过对实际工作的客观需要和CSCW系统工作过程的研究,分析其需求中的协同工具具体功能,提出协同工具的模式。通过对协同工具模式的分析,出于对通用性和易用性的考虑提出了以B/S为主,C/S为辅的工作模式,在此基础上,确定了协同工具系统组织结构和运行环境的总体框架。然后介绍了协同工具系统所涉及的关键技术,构建了B/S模式下的协同工具系统主体结构,同时使用COM组件技术和基于NetMeeting COM API组件技术设计了C/S模式下的视频会话模块,并运用这些技术实现了协同工具系统的原型系统。最后介绍了系统的测试情况,并对本文工作做出总结和进一步的展望。

【Abstract】 Along with global competition becoming acute and the computer network developing dramatically, Computer Supported Cooperative Work has been put importance on, because it can satisfy the individuation and diversification of customers’ demands and the rapid changes on the market, by means of realizing quickly assembling and exploiting of geographically distributed design resource and shaping a team-based collaborative design mode inside and between the enterprises base on the networkMuch research work have been done on CSCW since it was put forward in 1980’ s, some research results have been taken into use in some fields. But, as a necessary department of CSCW, cooperative tools have not absorbed enough attention. Cooperative tools system can supply a cooperative environment, in which cooperating participants can discuss with each other real-timely or unreal-timely by means of text, graph, video, voice, via computer network.The background of this thesis is a project of CSCW system for a design institute. The thesis focuses on two aspects: How to realize the reformation on technology, how to take full advantage of the new technology to adapt to developing requirements; How to make balance between generality and particularity, how to conclude an informational simulation of the real cooperative authoring task, and how to pay enough attention to the psychology of all the cooperating participants.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the cooperative tools’ main function which CSCW system needs, based on the research for the CSCW system and requirement of the task, and then puts forward a mode of cooperative tools. In the model, B/S is the main body, C/S is the assistant. With this understanding, the thesis confirms the main frame of cooperative tools. Secondly, it introduces the key technologies, establishes configuration of B/S, and designs the video colloquy’ s module for which COM and NetMeeting COM API are used. A prototype is implemented on the base of these researches. At last, the system is tested and some conclusions and
