杜仲提取物的防霉效果及其在肉鸡日粮中的应用研究

【摘要】 本论文通过一个防霉实验和两个饲养试验,系统地研究了杜仲提取物的防霉效果及其对肉鸡抑菌促生长作用的影响。 试验一探讨了在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加杜仲提取物和丙酸钙类、复合有机酸类防霉剂的防霉效果。在两个月的贮存期,观察测试饲料外观、气味、水分、脂肪、蛋白质、料温和霉菌总数的变化。试验二和试验三研究了杜仲提取物对肉鸡生产性能、胴体品质、血液生化指标和肠道微生物等指标的影响,并探讨了杜仲提取物在肉鸡日粮中的适宜添加量。试验二选用1日龄健康艾维茵肉仔鸡825只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复33只鸡。试验分两个阶段(0~21d和21~42d),分别饲喂5种不同日粮,试验5组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;试验1、2、3、4组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加1500g/t、2000g/t、2500g/t的杜仲提取物或50mg/kg的效美素(10%),试验鸡自由采食和饮水。试验三选用1日龄健康三黄鸡150只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡,分别饲喂5种不同日粮,第5组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第1、2、3、4组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加1500g/t、2000g/t、2500g/t的杜仲提取物或50mg/kg的黄霉素(8%)。试验分两个阶段(0~4wk和5~10wk),试鸡自由采食和饮水。 试验结果表明: (1) 在饲料中添加杜仲提取物能有效地抑制霉菌的生长繁殖,减少营养成分的损失,并对饲料外观有着明显的影响,具有与复合有机酸类防霉剂相当的防霉保鲜效果。 (2) 添加杜仲提取物能显著提高艾维茵肉仔鸡成活率,改善胴体品质,且添加2500g/t杜仲提取物对提高胸腿肌率有一定促进作用。血液生化结果表明:杜仲提取物能提高肝脏合成蛋白质的能力,加强脂类代谢和提高机体免疫力,从而在一定程度上促进肉仔鸡的生长。 (3) 日粮中添加杜仲提取物能显著提高三黄鸡平均日增重(P<0.05),提高饲料转化率,改善三黄鸡胴体品质及肌肉品质,且能显著提高胸肌率(P<0.05)。 (4) 日粮中添加杜仲提取物,有利于乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的增殖,且能明

【Abstract】 Three experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of mold prevention of Eucommia ulmoides Extract and it’s effect on the growth performance of broilers.The first experiment compared the mold-preventing effect of Eucommia ulmoides Extract and propionic, multiple organic acid preservatives in maize-soybean diet. Within two months of storage time, the appearance, odor, moisture, CP, EE, temperature and mold sum of feedstuff were observed or measured in order to compare the mold-preventing effect among the three preservatives.The other two experiments studied the effect of Eucommia ulmoides Extract on the growth performance,carcass quality,biochemical parameters and intestinal microflora of broilers,and approach to its optimal supplement in broiler diets.In the second experiment,825 one-day-old Avine broilers were randomly assigned to five treatments with five duplicates. There were 33 broilers per duplicate. Feed and water were provided ad libitum. The whole experiment was divided into two phases(0~21d and 21~42d).The birds received the same basic diet,or supplemented with 1500g/t,2000g/t,2500g/t Eucommia ulmoides Extract or 50mg/kg Maxus(10%).In the third experiment, 150 one-day-old broilers were randomly assigned to five treatments with three duplicates. There were 10 broilers per duplicate. Feed and water were provided ad libitum.The whole experiment was divided into two phases(0~4wk and 5~10wk).The groups received the same basic diet,or supplemented with 1500g/t,2000g/t,2500g/t Eucommia ulmoides Extract or 50mg/kg Flavomycin(8%).The results showed that:(l)Eucommia ulmoides Extract could effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of mold, decrease nutrients loss of feedstuff, hold an significant effect on the appearance of feedstuff, and share a parallel effect of mold-preventing and fresh-keeping with propanic preservative.(2)The addition of Eucommia ulmoides Extract increased Avian broilers survival ratio,improved the carcass quality of broilers, and there was an upward tendency on
