混凝土搅拌运输车搅拌筒内部流动的实验研究

【摘要】 混凝土搅拌运输车是工程机械产品中的主要机种,广泛应用于矿山、水利、建筑、公路、港口和国防工程等。所以,混凝土搅拌运输车的发展水平是一个国家综合实力的体现。但是欲研制出性能好的混凝土搅拌运输车,必须将理论设计和实验研究这两个方面结合,缺一不可。然而目前我国在混凝土搅拌运输车设计方面完全是建立在经验基础上的,缺乏实验做指导,而且搅拌筒内部流体流动状态正是搅拌筒性能好坏的体现,因此通过实验来了解搅拌筒内部流体流动状态是十分必要的。本文可分为两大部分,前一部分是理论推导部分。通过对正转和反转两种工作状态下微元流层的动力学方程和微分方程的建立,得出搅拌筒内部流体在两种工作状态下,轴向和周向两个方向速度表达式。通过表达式对搅拌筒内部流体流动趋势做了预测。后一部分为实验部分,利用粒子成像测速系统对搅拌筒内部流体流动状态进行了研究。最终得到了流体在搅拌筒内部的流动状态以及搅拌时的流体流线,使得流体在搅拌筒内部的流动更加直观化。
【Abstract】 The concrete mixer vehicle is a main kind of construction equipments, which is widely used in the mining area, water conservancy, construction, road, harbor, the national defence and so on. So,it’s development level is a embodiment of national comprehensive strength. In order to develop products with good capabilities, we must combine the theory designing with tests. At present, in our country, the designs of the concrete mixer vehicle is totally built on the basis of experience and short of tests to guide. Then, it is necessary to know the flow in the mixing device through our tests. There are two parts in the paper. The first part is theory. At first, I built the dynamic equations and differential equations of infinitesimal element layer, then we can obtain axial and tangential velocity equation of the two working conditions. We can predict the flow trend in the mixing device through these equations. The other part is experimental research. This paper contains the experimental curves and streamline of the internal flow in mixing device, through making use of the Laser-Doppler-Velocimetry system to do experimental researches about the internal flow of the two working state in mixing device. These experimental results make the internal flow states more ocularly. The paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one firstly elaborates the development background and situations of domestic and foreign of the concrete mixing vehicle. Then, I analysed the key elements that influences capabilities of the concrete mixing vehicle. Secondly, introduces the flow of the current situation within the concrete mixing vehicle and impeller machinery of domestic and foreign. Finally, explains the purpose、meaning 、content and method of our research about the flow within the mixing vehicle in this text .
