【摘要】 本文针对现今吉林省旅游的现状,阐述了吉林省旅游地理信息系统的设计和开发过程,以及围绕以旅游信息为主题的地理信息系统的相关研究和探索。该系统借鉴和采用了一般旅游GIS 的原理、组成和相关技术,结合吉林省旅游地理信息系统的客户需求,设计了该系统的组成及系统的主要功能,系统数据库结构等。随后开发了吉林省旅游地理信息系统的各个模块,主要包括地图结构、图层显示技术、信息查询、最佳旅游路线设计等。吉林省旅游地理信息系统,采用了当今流行的GIS 技术,模块分割清晰,开发手段灵活、可扩展性强。可以预见,该系统在今后的应用过程和不断完善中一定对吉林省旅游事业发挥出越来越大的作用,在旅游资源调查、旅游路线安排、旅行社和饭店信息参考等方面必会发挥它的不可替代的查询、管理和决策支持功能。

【Abstract】 The Geographic Information System (GIS) is a type of particular spaceinformation system. It adopts modern methods to collect, store, analyze,administer, manifest and imitate the space information system which isrelated to different distributed data of the geography space. Its coretechnology is computer science. Its basic technology includes database,map-visualization and space analysis. With the emergence of the GeographicInformation System, the swiftest and the most convenient, accurate means ormethods are provided for the travel industry which involves in complicateddata management, multi-source expressional form of achievements and spaceanalysis.Jilin province is located in the northeast of China, which is abundant intraveling resources. In consideration of the current traveling condition of Jilinprovince, this thesis is devoted to develop a simple, direct, convenient andflexible travel information system, which offers the most convenient servicefor the visitors who come to Jilin province for travel. The system is expectedto be able to promote the development of the tourism of Jilin province. Thisthesis also introduces the process of designing and developing the system andsome other subjects related to the research and exploration of the GeographicInformation System.The Travel Geographic Information System of Jilin Provinceconcentrates the essence of the best scenic spots in Jilin province and marksthe location of each spot on the map. You will soon find yourself attracted bythe elegant photographs and vivid descriptions. The system will help youchoose the best travel route as well.The general principle, component and related technology of TravelGeographic Information System are first presented at the beginning of thethesis, including the basic knowledge about GIS, the second developingtechnology of MapObject. To meet the customers’interests towards TravelGeographic Information System, the main principle and special features ofdesigning this system are analyzed in the following section. The constitution,main function and database structure of the system are then introduced basedon that analysis. Detailed explanation on its components, on the keytechnology of designing the system and on the chief method for realizing itthat includes map structure, diagram layer manifestation technology,information inquiry, design of the best travel route etc., are given in the lattersection. At the end of the thesis, I will discuss its prospect in the travelindustry of Jilin province and some shortcomings of the system. The Travel Geographic Information System of Jilin province consists ofmany sub-systems and each sub-system includes a large number ofsub-modules again. The decomposition of each sub-system and sub-moduletakes the highest aggregation and the lowest coupling as the principle,including displaying the sub-system, applying the foundational sub-systemand using database sub-system. The database is the foundation, and with the help of which the wholesystem is able to run. All the travel information must be conserved into thedatabase, so we can complete the process and operation towards the travelinformation through the operation of database. The application of thefoundational sub-system mainly provides the travel information for thetourists in order to find out travel resources and service facilities etc. It alsocarries on an analysis of the travel route. It has various searching means. Itcan either search the property of the scenic spots from the map or search thelocation of the scenic spots on the map from the property. The map is handledto be visible in the database by the system software and then showed on thescreen. It can make different projections and scale switches by means ofzooming in, zooming out, surfing etc.. To display the sub-system is to showthe information on the screen according to the users’requests. The Geographic Information System generally divides the dataorganization into two parts: the space database and the non-space database.The content of database in this system mainly includes four parts: thedatabase of travel geographic information space; the database of scenic spotinformation; the database of travel-related information; the database ofhighway information. Among them, the first one is the space database and theother three are non-space databases. The database of the geographicinformation space deposits the geographic information of the each diagramlayer, including scenic spots, highways, railroads etc. The database of scenicspot information deposits the property information of each scenic spot, suchas the brief introduction of the scenic spots, area, person’s discharge, ticketprice and so on, taking the form of writings, pictures and multimedia data etc.Because of little connection between these messages and the geographiclocation, depositing it in another database can make a high-efficiency.Making fully use of the convenience that well provided by the generaldatabase, the database of travel-related information deposits the informationrelated to the service facilities (hotel, cabaret, amusement etc.) of the scenicspots. The database of the highway information deposits the information withname (code), node, length, cost and consume etc. of each highway on themap in the database. We get to know that we must make use of thecharacteristics and functions of the Geographic Information System to solvethe visitors’demand for understanding the space characteristics of travelresources, therefore, to help the visitors, only the interactive map is able toshow the scenic spots on the map. This thesis will mainly talk about how tocarry out the function of interactive map of Travel Geographic InformationSystem on the basis of realizing the general function of common map such aszooming in, zooming out, and translation etc. The real interactive map is theone that customers are able to see the locations of different scenic sorts on themap and the one that if someone clicks the spot on the map, the system willshow the detailed information about it. But then, if customers choose a scenicspot, the system will not only show some related information about it but alsoshow its location on the map. This is the focal point that I am going to makein this thesis. Apart from inquiring information about the scenic spots on the map, thecustomers can search it by hand in the interface as well. When the customerstransmit the name, location, special features of a certain scenic spot into thecomputer, the system will find out this scenic spot and its other property foryou in the database of the scenic spots. Since the diagram layer produced by the original MO is restricted by thetool, it is hard to distinguish the variety of the scenic spots and to achieve abeautiful and direct effect. Therefore, this system was added with the newmethods on the foundation of the original MO diagram layer as it wasdeveloped. That is replacing layers with a set of controls, replacing theoperation on the diagram layer with the operation of controls, by which thedisplay becomes more beautiful, the operation becomes more nimble, and thedevelopment and maintenance of program becomes more convenient. The best traveling route is designed by the system after attaining somedetailed information about the scenic spots, highway etc. Firstly, theinformation must be abstracted to establish a mathematical model. Secondly,a computer algorithm applied to this mathematical model must be found out.In general, we adopt the algorithm called Dijkstra. This system adjusts thealgorithm under the condition of actual application and uses it onto the TravelGeographic Information System of Jilin Province. This thesis will present theinquiry and search about the scenic spots from three aspects: journey, cost,time.
