【摘要】 随着信息社会发展,要求计算机不但能进行科学计算,而且能进行大量数据的简单处理如数据的查询和更新,使计算机的应用从科学研究部门逐步扩展到企业、行政部门,因而产生了数据库技术。数据库技术是计算机应用领域的重要分支,其核心任务是进行数据管理,现已形成相当规模的理论体系和使用技术。 以往空间数据库,大多数采用文件系统的方式。这种数据管理方式,在应用中已经出现数据管理、维护困难,数据访问速度慢,单用户数据并发共享冲突等问题,为了避免以上问题,采用一种高效的数据管理模式,即ArcSDE(空间数据引擎)和关系数据库集成管理的模式,采用ArcSDE空间数据引擎和SQL关系数据库统一管理空间数据和属性数据,运用ArcSDE和VB++实现流域空间信息查询及分析功能,达到了集成的空间数据管理和高效率的信息查询的目标。同时对资源、环境、社会经济、自然地理等信息进行统一管理,对该流域的长远开发目标和策略提供决策支持。 目前国内外城市地理信息系统的开发在实用上、通用上存在较为普遍的问题(例如数据格式转换),本文的研究目的就是尝试在系统的开发设计的具体实践中,运用先进的开发思想和技术手段解决现存的GIS数据转换问题。 在计算机普及的今天,不论是谁都感受到它给生活带来的翻天覆地的改变,各种硬件,软件,到处可见。基本上能想到的都可以用程序给编出来。 ArcGis是两个非常实用的软件,易学易用。为许多的程序员所喜爱。作者在编写此程序时也充分地利用了这两个软件。为编写过程中带来了不少方便。 VB作为时下流行的面向对象化的编程语言,有两个非常明显的特点:可视化设计和事件驱动编程。相对于其他面向对象化的编程语言来说,易懂易学,对初学编程的人来说尤其实用。由于其独特的特点,作者在编写此程序时也选择了VB。 为方便读者对此软件更深入的了解,本文概述了ArcGis,VB语言的基本特点和性能,以及用这些所编写的系统的使用方法及其特征,为方便大家的使用,作者在文章中详细地解说了此软件的部分使用功能,为达到较好的效果,作者还提供了许多的图片。 该设计的操作过程,就是将原来的地图通过扫描,把地图中的数据输入到电脑中管理,应用地理信息系统中的软件ArcGIS为平台,将地图中表征地理要素的点、线、面的数据进行处理,通过ArcCatalog中,建立所需要的数据库,在把所需要的数据库更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information social, computer is not only carried out science calculate but also can carry out dealing with a large of data easily,for example data’s and refresh,make the computer’s application extend from the science research department to entailment,department, as a result,the database technique is produced,data techinique is important entrance in the computer applicational field,its coral task is carried data management,now it has formed quite a few scale technic system and using technique.Before the spatial database, the management way of most database adopt document system .way .this kind of data management method have already appeared the data management the maintenance difficulty in the application, the speed of the data access the database is slow the single customer data erupts to share the conflict and so on ,in order to avoid above problem ,the second geography system adopt a kind of efficient data management mode, namely ArcSDE(spatial data Engine) and relation database integration management ’s mode, the spatial data and attribute data can be managed uniform by ArcSDE spatial data Engine and SQL relation database, and make use of the ArcSDE and Visual Basic++ to carry out the river valley spatial information search and analysis function ,achieve compositive spatial data management and high-efficiency information search ’s goal, at the same time, the information that resources environment ,society economy ,natural geography and so on is carried out the uniform management, and it provide the decision support to the farsighted development target and strategy of the rival valley.At present there are some general problems in the application and universality of GIS in the world, such as data format. This paper aims at using advanced developing ideas and technical means to solve the existent data problems of GIS when carrying out system developing and design.Computers are used so widespread that everyone can find the great change they bring to us. The hardware and software are spring up everywhere. It can say that we can make many programs as well as you can think. The author designs a bus system program of, whichis made by VB, the program is useful to people’s daily life, work, and tour.ArcGis is useful softwares, it is enjoyed by many programmer because they are easy to study and practice. The two are fully used when the author designs this program, and they benefit the author much. VB is a popular program language. Compared with other program language it has two obvious features, meanwhile it is easy to understand, especial for the apprentice, For these characters the author chose the VB to design his fist program.The article describe the basic character and the function of ArcGis and VB, and the use method and character of the program, which are described fully by the author who even list some pictures that are convenient for reader to use.The operation process that should design, is to pass original map passes to scan, input the data in the map to the computer management, software ArcGIS within the application geography information system is a terrace, face map in order of the token geography main factor, line, of data carry on the processing, in the ArcCatalog, build up the database need, in chase need of database add carry the map that the demand handle, then can carry on the vector towards order, line, the geography main factor that face. Thus completed to become original document conversion.The document of the form of shp.Thus completed the process that vector tum.Should operate the design of the process is to combine data and maps organically, turning the process to need the data converts into through a vector of format.lt rose the count for much function in to it hand over the processing of the data.After applied, the program work very well .It can run in all windows system.The paper systemically explains the whole process of data analysis, data conversion and data import, and realizes the process using object-oriented method and component-based technology. In practice of establishing fundamental Geographical Information System of S City, general design is given to the system development first. Then class modules of system are programmed with the object-oriented language of Visual Basic. Finally the paper gives the evaluation about solving the system problems.更多还原
