双质量飞轮的汽车动力传动系扭振特性分析

【摘要】 近来随着改善总体效率的前提下趋向于减小车辆的重量。着重制订一些准则,如提高发动机功率、最高速度、加速度、制动性能和平顺性以及降低制造成本。所有这些因素都对车辆的噪声和振动产生影响。而大多数的噪声和振动都来源于车辆的传动系统。每当这些振动传到底盘都会造成轿车平顺性恶化。双质量飞轮的设计就是为了在发动机振动传送到汽车传动系统之前吸收和衰减他们。双质量飞轮使得传统发动机飞轮具有了多种功能,即不但具有其原来的功能,而且还具有扭振减振器的功能,可利用其质量和刚度的变化来调节传动系的扭振固有特性,并利用其阻尼来衰减系统的振动幅值。本文中结合为一汽CAl 163P7K2L5 车双质量飞轮的设计和匹配的前期的理论论证:作而展开的,利用了MATLAB 和ADAMS 软件,在传统振动理论上建立了CAll63P7K2L5 动力传动系模型。利用此模型分析了CAl 163P7K2L5 车在双质量飞轮匹配前后,其动力传动系的固有特性的变化,同时分析了在给定发动机激励下,传动系输出应的变化,并同时做了双质量飞轮各参数的优化工作。本文希望能够给汽下动力传动系扭转振动研究工作提供一些借鉴作用,同时也希望能够为双质量飞轮为整车动力传动系的匹配工作的在以后的进行起一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 Automotive powertrain is very complex one that includes a multi-freedom and torsion system. So it is always focus that researching of automotive powertrain and controlling of NVH(noise、vibration and harass) in auto engineer. Nowadays, Modern engines can be driven at extremely low rpms. The trend is toward ever increasing engine torques. New calculation methods are helping reduce vehicle weights and weight-saving concepts are boosting engine efficiency as well.. In short: The sources of noise are increasing and natural damping is decreasing. Most of these come from automotive powertrain, which must degree drive comfort. Drivers who are accustomed to increased comfort no longer accept such background noises. The dual-mass flywheel is designed to absorb engine vibrations before they are transmitted to the driveline where they can create gear rattle. This is achieved by splitting the conventional flywheel into two sections: a primary section, which bolts to the crankshaft, and a secondary section, onto which the clutch is bolted. The dual-mass flywheel have multi-charater, not only conventional character but also to absorb engine vibrations and degree range of vibration. In no.1 part of this paper, the advantage and disadvantage of the dual-mass flywheel is discussed. And controlling ways of automotive powertrain noise and vibration is introduced in detail. At the same time ,classic structures of the dual-mass flywheel are particularized.
