【摘要】 传统数据库系统只能根据用户或应用程序的直接请求(命令)而被动地为用户提供数据服务,没有根据数据库的内部状态等情况主动进行相应的操作和处理的功能。主动数据库(Active Database),是数据库与人工智能技术的结合,它使得数据库能主动地对事件做出反应。主动数据库支持事件-条件-动作(ECA)规则,各种事件(如数据库状态转变、时间事件、外部信号)引发对相应条件的检测,若条件为真,便执行相应动作。主动数据库满足了人们对主动服务的需求。短信息服务SMS 的开发采用了标准的GSM AT 指令集以及详细的分析了短信息格式的基础上,给出了短信息编码和解码的实现方法,并结合了无线标准模块(Wireless Standard Module)的使用,提出了一种简单、快捷开发短信息服务(SMS)的方法。本文介绍了主动数据库的概念、一般模型和实现技术、GSM AT 指令集及无线标准模块,阐述了物流销售短信息管理系统的开发过程,对该系统应用主动数据库技术主动对市场供求预警功能、实时用户反馈功能将做出详细的分析研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The information society requests our enterprises react for the information intime, but the marketing still depends on the past information collecting methodand can’t meet the demands obviously, while the marketing personnel’s workstrength is bigger and bigger, yet the efficiency descends on the contrary.Therefore developing this selling and short message system is to raise the workefficiency, lighten the marketing personnel’s work burden, and raise theenterprise’s economic benefit.We live in an information society. People have very strong concept of time.Using the dated communication method to understand market information has notonly wasted manpower and the material resources, the efficiency is also unable tobe improved. Therefore the existing selling links need the informationalizedreformation to meet the fast changing demand of the market.For solving the informationalized problem, the source of the information should besolved first. Currently the rate of utilization of the cell-phone in the public soars year by year,nearly every 3 people have a cell-phone, and the short message is one of the cell-phone’smost frequent functions we used, which for proposing this system offers the material basis. Inthe past, our market selling department stuff must run a lot of places and try their best tocollect all kinds of customer’s message in the form of paper and then through recording inby hand to form report table and input them after making a decision through analyzing, thewhole course consumes time and strength but its accuracy is not high. It is costly and needartificial record again to report information in the form of telephone, it is unableto realize the real-time electronization of information; In the form of InternetWEB, it can’t guarantee the security of information and is also unable to guaranteeall marketing personnel to have one equipment that connect the net in real time athand, it certainly will cause the increase of the expenses while adopting VPN andwireless network to connect the net. And the short message function remediestheses shortcomings, through the short message function of cell-phone, customerand some staff in every distribution department may sending all kinds of messageof market to the company’s server in the form of Chinese message in real-time,the server end succeed in analyzing and scavenging these information through theshort message receiving and processing device (WAVE COM equipment),inputting it into database, in order to count and inquire in the future. We can saythat using this way could cover all weather, the whole world. The basic construction of informationalization equipment should fully utilizethe newest achievement of the database and wireless communication technology,to set up a high-speed , smooth, safe , reliable computer, GSM network andinformation processing platform; In development of the information resources,should set up one set high-efficient , intact and can cover all the informationmanagement system that the selling links required to make the selling departmentmaster the market supply and demand change more easy, adjust the stock situationin time, fully realize the selling link’s the consistency , sharing , real-time andeconomy character, which makes the management’s method, means and efficiencychange fundamentally; In the use of the information resources , set up a perfectinformation service and data analysis processing system , which faces the marketsat all levels and involving the whole area stocking and offers the scientific anddecisive basis for macroscopic adjustments and controls of the administrativedepartment of enterprises. In this paper, the selling and short message system’s realization part seemsordinary, but for this subject, is a main content of the work.
