多功能磁疗保健负重训练服的研制

【摘要】 服装是日常生活中不可缺少的必备品,人们在追求服装舒适、美观的同时,还希望它具有保健之功效。本研究试图研制开发一种多功能服装,集日常保健、专业训练为一体,为高血粘度症的防治和专项力量素质训练提供一种好的手段方法。 近年来高粘血症的发生率越来越高,由此引发的高血压、冠心病、心肌梗塞等疾患已成为倍受关注的公共健康问题,控制血粘度、防治心血管疾病是科研工作者所面临的重要研究课题。本研究选用具有悠久历史的磁疗方法,通过正交试验选取3个因素,各分两种水平:磁疗强度(100mT、150mT)、穿着时间(4h/天、8h/天)、巩固时间(5天、10天),对12名高血粘度学生进行30天试验。结果表明:影响血粘度降低因素的主次顺序是磁场强度、巩固时间、穿着时间;最佳方案A2B2C2;磁疗强度100mT、150mT都有显著降低高血粘度的作用,但150mT效果更为显著:每日穿着时间越长,效果越好;在两种磁疗强度作用下血粘度下降到正常的水平即趋于稳定,并未因为穿着时间的延长而继续降低。 在竞技运动领域,专项力量素质的提高愈加重要,但传统的力量训练器械,因无法和运动员专项的运动形式和供能形式相一致,对专项力量的提高显得力不从心。本研究通过正交设计试验,选取3个因素,分为3种水平:负重量(0、3%、5%)、速度训练(100m×8.150m×6、200m×5)、耐力训练(1500m、2000m、3000m),对18名学生进行8周负重实验研究,测定800m成绩并进行分析。正交试验结果表明:影响800m成绩因素的主次顺序是负重量、耐力训练、速度训练;最佳方案A2B2C3;穿着多功能磁疗保健负重训练服进行训练有助于成绩的提高。
【Abstract】 Clothes are indispensable necessity in daily life. People look forward to its function of health care other than comfort and nicety. The purpose of the present study was to empoider a kind of clothes with multi-function of magnetic field and weight loading, which was applied for the problem in the prevention and cure of high blood viscosity disease and specific strength training.High blood viscosity disease developed in increasingly speed in recent years, which caused a series of diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction. Therefore, the prevention and cure of these diseases are the principal tasks for medical science. The experiment, which lasted 30 days, was designed according to the orthogonal table L4(23) in 18 male students with high blood viscosity. It is based on 3 factors and 2 levels: magnetic intensity(100mT, 150mT), wear time(4hour/day, 8hour/day), stable time(5days,10days). The results show that: the impact factors are magnetic intensity, stable time, wear time in descent sequence; the best plan is A2B2C2; blood viscosity can be reduced significantly at both magnetic intensities, however, the 150mT has more effective influence; meanwhile, wear time is longer and the effect is more apparent; the blood viscosity is not stable until normal level in two magnetic intensities.In sport training, the importance of specific strength is increasing year by year. But traditional strength training appliance is not consistent with sport forms and energy forms of athletes, which is correlated to performance. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the specific strength. The experiment, which lasted 8 weeks, was designed according to the orthogonal table L4(23) in 18 male students. It is based on 3 factors and 3 levels: loading weight(0, 3%, 5%), velocity training(100m× 8, 150m× 6, 200m× 5), endurance training(1500m, 2000m, 3000m). The achievement of 800m pace was measured and analyzed. The results show that: the impact factors are loading weight, velocity training, endurance training in descent sequence; the best plan is A2B2C3; this kind of suit is helpful in increasing performance.
