【摘要】 当前无论是在发达国家,还是在发展中国家,在全球市场上具有竞争优势的产业,往往表现为具有明显区域特征的产业集群现象。产业集群作为当代经济世界的一个重要现象,不仅引起国内外学术界的普遍关注,而且引起各国政府决策部门和产业规划部门的极大兴趣。 浙江省是我国较早兴起并蓬勃发展产业集群的少数省份之一,全省各地形成了众多规模庞大、集群效应显著、全国知名的产业集群。纺织产业集群在浙江产业集群经济中占据着举足轻重的地位,而以轻纺为特色的绍兴纺织产业集群更是其中最具影响力的典型之一。经过二十多年的不懈努力,绍兴纺织产业集群不仅涵盖了从聚酯、化纤、织造、染整、服装到染料、纺机等较为完整的纺织产业链,而且发展成为一个复杂有序、多层次的区域产业网络系统。 本论文就以绍兴纺织产业集群网络为研究对象,展开深入细致的个案研究。本文首先给出产业集群网络的定义,并概述产业集群网络的相关研究。其次,从内在动因和外部条件两方面着手,具体分析它的形成和发展机制。随后,概括了该集群网络的特征,分析其构成主体及要素,并从不同角度剖析其网络结构,全面解析集群网络内的互联关系。接着,判别了产业集群网络所处的生命期,论述了它不同生命期的历程,并具体阐述它的网络化过程。然后,在分析其竞争优势的基础上,从经济、科技、社会等多方面考察了它在区域发展中的绩效。最后,依据前文的研究论述,找出绍兴纺织产业集群网络的存在问题,并给出进一步完善的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, whether in developed countries or in developing countries, the industries with competitive advantages in the global markets usually put up "industrial cluster" phenomenon with obvious regional characteristics. As an important phenomenon in current economic world, industrial cluster not only attracts the widespread attention of the domestic and foreign academia, but also causes great interest of all countries’ governmental decision-making departments and industrial programming departments.Zhejiang Province is one of the few provinces in which industrial clusters has risen and developed rapidly more early in China. There are lots of industrial clusters with large scale, prominent cluster effect and countrywide reputation all over Zhejiang Province. Textile Industrial Clusters hold the prominent position among Zhejiang industrial clusters economy. Moreover, Shaoxing Textile Industrial Cluster that is famous for light and textile industry is one of the models with the most influence in them. After more than 20 years’ unremitting effort, Shaoxing Textile Industrial Cluster has formed a relatively integrated textile industry chain, which includes several industries, such as Polyester Chips, Chemical Fiber Spinning, Fabric Weaving, Dyeing and Finishing, Garment Manufacture, Dyestuff and Machinery. Further more, Shaoxing Textile Industrial Cluster has developed into a complicated, well-ordered and multilayer regional industrial network system.We chose Shaoxing Textile Industrial Cluster Network (STICN) as the research subject of this thesis to make an in-depth and detailed case study. Firstly, the paper gives the definition of industrial cluster network and summarizes the relative theory of industrial cluster network. Secondly, the paper concretely analyses STICN’s forming and developing mechanism from intrinsic factors and external conditions. Thirdly, the paper generalizes STICN’s characteristics, analyses its constitutive entities and essential factors, then takes apart STICN’s network structure from different angles and analyses the interrelations in STICN. Fourthly, the author distinguishes the stage of STICN in its life cycle, discusses the process of its different life period and explains the networking process. Fifthly, the paper analyzes STICN’s competitive advantages and depicts its performances in regional development from economy, science & technology and society. Finally, according to the study and discussion above, the author finds out the problems that STICN facing with and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect it.更多还原
