【摘要】 目的:通过观察与肺癌相关的多项肿瘤标志物水平的变化,探讨其与肺癌病理分类及中医辨证分型的关系。方法:用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统测定54例原发性肺癌患者和30例正常人血清中12项肿瘤标志物(CA19-9、NSE、CEA、CA242、CA153、CA125、Ferritin、AFP、HGH、HCG、free-PSA及PSA)的水平。结果:小细胞未分化性肺癌组NSE浓度显著高于其它类型组(P<0.05);腺癌组CEA、CA125浓度较其它各类型组偏高;肺癌组CEA、CA19-9、CA125、NSE、Ferritin浓度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),CEA浓度依气血瘀滞组、气阴两虚组、热毒炽盛组、痰湿蕴肺组降低,气阴两虚组与热毒炽盛组CA125和NSE浓度显著高于气血瘀滞和痰湿蕴肺组(P<0.05),但气阴两虚组、热毒炽盛组间和气血瘀滞组、痰湿蕴肺组间无显著差异(P>0.05),气阴两虚型CA19-9浓度显著高于其它各证型组(P<0.05),但其它各组间无显著差异(P>0.05),各证型组Ferritin浓度无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:NSE、CA19-9、CEA、Ferritin、CA125联合检测不仅是诊断原发性肺癌的重要依据,且与中医辨证分型有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through observing the alteration of tumor markers indication levels of primary pulmonary carcinoma,study its relation with dialectic clssification in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Detect levels of 12 tumor markers of 54 pulmonary cacinoma patients and 30 normal people by C-12.Results:The indication of CEA、CA19-9、 NSE、 CA125、Ferritin among pulmonary patients were higher than that of normal(P<0.01).The CEA levels decrease progressively from qi stagnation and blood stasis,dificiency of both qi and yin,dificiency of qi and over-heat to phlegm and fluid-retention sustained in the lung.The CA125 and NSE levels of dificiency of both qi and yin and difiency of qi and over-heat were significant higher than other two groups(P<0.01).But there is no difference between two groups(P>0.05).The CA19-9 levels of difiency of both qi and yin were sinificant higher than other three groups(P<0.01).But there were no differences among three groups(P>0.05).There were no differences of Ferritin levels among four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: CEA、 CA19-9、NSE、 CA125、Ferritin are not only the important index diagnosis of primary pulmonary carcinoma,but they have certain relations with the dialectical diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine.更多还原
