【摘要】 法伦理学研究的是法律与道德的关系问题,在我国伴随着依法治国、以德治国方略的提出,对它的研究蓬勃兴起。法伦理学作为我国社会科学中的一门新兴学科,我们首先要对它的基本问题进行界定和诠释。本文拟从法伦理学的研究对象和范围的角度入手对其基本问题进行探究。具体而言,法伦理学的研究对象涉及到立法与道德、司法职业道德、法律规范与道德规范这三个领域,其研究范围就是存在于这三个领域内的理论与实践问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 What legal ethics studies is the connection between the law and the moral, with the proposition of the policy running the country according to the law and the moral, the study on it rises vigorously. The law ethics is regarded as a new developing discipline in social science of our country, we should define and annotate its basic problems first. This text plans to start with and probe into its basic problems in terms of research object and range of the law ethics. The objects of the law ethics are concerned with three problems of this field, ie legislate and moral, legal norm and codes of ethic. The research range of the law ethics is the theorethical and practical problems existing in these three fields.更多还原
