【摘要】 人的全面发展理论是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。这一理论是在和平与发展成为时代主题、以人为中心的发展观日益成为一种世界潮流、人才在综合国力竞争中的作用更加突显和“人”的问题在两种制度的较量中更为关键的时代背景下,在中国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的实践过程中,在总结中国和其他国家社会主义建设历史经验的基础上,逐步形成和发展起来的。邓小平坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观和方法论,继承马克思、列宁、毛泽东关于人的全面发展思想,结合中国实际,创立了中国特色人的全面发展理论。这一理论的基本内容可分为两个层次:第一个层次是以人的全面发展为核心的发展价值论,主要阐明人的全面发展在新时期中国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设中的地位和作用等问题。邓小平强调人是社会主义现代化建设的主体,人的全面发展是社会主义本质的内在要求,社会主义现代化建设的目的是为了人的全面发展,社会主义现代化建设必须依靠全面发展着的人,判断中国改革开放成败得失的根本标准是人民利益。第二个层次是实现人的全面发展的方法论,重点论述新时期实现人的全面发展的条件、方法和途径等问题。邓小平强调通过解放思想为人的全面发展创造思想条件,通过解放和发展生产力为人的全面发展奠定物质基础,通过建立社会主义市场经济为人的全面发展构建良好的体制环境,通过加强社会主义精神文明建设为人的全面发展营造良好的文化环境,发展教育提高国民素质是实现人的全面发展的根本途径等等。这一理论具有时代性、科学性、人民性、辩证性和实践性等鲜明特征,对于进一步推进我国社会主义现代化建设事业具有十分重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of people’s all-round development is an important component of DengXiaoping Theory. It shapes and develops progressively under this era background: peace anddevelopment become the theme of our era, view of regarding people as center becomes a kindof word trend, talents’role in the overall national strength competition is more conspicuousand the issue of"human being"becomes more crucial in the trial of two kinds of systems. Itshapes and develops during the practical course of China’s reform and opening up andsocialist modernization construction. It also shapes and develops on the basis of the historicalexperience of socialist construction of China and other countries.Deng Xiaoping adheres to the world look and methodology of dialectical materialism andhistorical materialism, inherits the thoughts of development in an all-round way about peopleof Marx, Lenin, Mao Zedong, combines China’s reality and creates the theory of people’sall-round development with Chinese characteristics.The basic content of this theory can be divided into two levels. The first level is the viewof development value which treats people’s all-round development as key issue. It mainlyexpounds the position and function of men’s all-round development in China’s reform andopening up and socialist modernization construction of new period.etc. Deng Xiaopingemphasizes that people are subjects of socialist modernization construction, people’sall-round development is the inherent demands of socialist essence, the purpose and relianceof socialist modernization construction is men’s all-round development and the basic standardof judging success and failure, gain and loss of China’s reform and opening up is people’sinterests.The second level is the methodology of realizing people’s all-round development. Itmainly expounds the terms, methods and ways of realizing it in new period. Deng Xiaopingemphasize that we can create thought condition for men’s all-round development throughemancipating mind, establish material base for it through liberating and developingproductivity, structure good institutional environment for it through setting up socialist marketeconomy, build good cultural environment for it through strengthening the construction ofsocialist spiritual civilization and regard developing education and improving national qualityas the basic way to realize people’s all-round development,etc. This theory is imbued withsuch distinct characteristics as the nature of era, science, people, dialectics and practice.
