【摘要】 改革开放以来,河北省经济建设日新月异,经济总量连创新高。与此同时,随着经济的快速发展,经济建设中的资源浪费、环境破坏、生产效率低下等问题也越来越突出。解决这些问题的根本出路就在于转变河北省的经济增长方式。本文从前人对经济增长和经济增长方式研究的理论成果出发,以我国经济增长方式转变的现状分析为背景,立足河北省的实际,在占有大量资料和统计数据的基础上,以科学的发展观为指导,从崭新的视角,对河北省经济增长方式转变的现状及必要性进行分析,并最终提出有利于河北省经济增长方式转变的途径和措施。本文分三部分。第一部分就经济增长方式转变问题的提出、国内外对经济增长问题研究的现状、经济增长与经济增长方式的内涵和评价指标,以及我国经济增长方式转变的现状等问题进行阐述。第二部分就河北省经济增长方式转变的现状,河北省经济增长方式转变的必要性和可行性进行剖析。第三部分从不同的角度,对如何实现河北省经济增长方式的转变,提出对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening of China, the economic construction in Hebei province has changed quickly, the economic gross has risen to newest highs for several times. However, with the development of the economic, the problems like waste of resources, spoil of environment , low productivity and limitation of systems are popping out gradually. The prime solution to these problems lies in changing the mode of economic growth in Hebei province. Being setted in the status quo and analysis of changing the mode of economic growth in our country and the actual situation in Hebei province, by using the forerunners’theories of the economic growth and its modes for reference, the article analyses the status quo of the change and its necessity, and lastly puts forward some approaches and measures which are beneficial to the change of the mode of economic growth in Hebei province. During all this process, the writer has been insisting on analysing every point from new angles of view under the guidance of the scientific developing viewpoint and using abundant relevant materials and statistics. The whole body is divided into three parts. The first part includes the raise of the issue on changing the mode of economic growth, the status quo of the study on economic growth both at home and abroad, the connotation and metewand of economic growth and its mode, the situation of the change and its countermeasures in China, etc. The second part analyses the status quo of the change particularly in Hebei province and its necessity and feasibility. From different angles of view, the third part puts forward some approaches, countermeasures and gives some suggestions for the realization of changing the mode of economic growth in Hebei province.更多还原
