【摘要】 本文的研究对象是国家级石河子经济技术开发区(简称石河子开发区)产业集群发展战略问题。论文主要以西方经济理论为指导,运用理论与实际相结合的基本方法,系统地研究了产业集群理论,着重论述石河子开发区基于优势产业的产业集群选择问题。首先,在理论研究和国内外产业集群模式比较的基础上,阐述了产业集群的动力机制。其次,在对石河子开发区整体情况进行简单介绍后,本文运用SWOT分析方法详细分析了石河子开发区发展产业集群的内外部环境,并做出的客观评价,指出石河子开发区形成产业集群的时机已经基本成熟。再次,针对石河子开发区在主导产业选择上意见不统一这一严重问题,本文运用了shift-share分析方法遴选了石河子开发区有竞争优势和发展潜力的产业,并对这些产业的关联度作了定性的评价,在此基础上构建了石河子开发区生态产业集群结构图,认为石河子开发区的产业集群是基于绿洲农业基础之上的化工产业集群、绿色食品加工产业集群和纺织产业集群的有机组合,并指出石河子开发区产业集群的发展模式。最后,全文又从发展产业集群的内外部环境出发,从内部和外部两个方面提出了石河子开发区发展产业集群的政策性建议,尤为强调的是产业集群软环境的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research object of this thesis is the industrial cluster development strategy of the national-level economic and technological development zone of Shihezi(SETD).Directed mainly by western economic theory, the thesis use the basic method of combining theory with reality to study industrial cluster theory systematically and expound the choice of industrial clusters based on advantageous industry of SETD. First of all, on the basis of comparing with domestic and international industrial cluster mode in theoretical research, the thesis explained the motive mechanism of industrial cluster. Secondly, after introducing the whole situation of SETD briefly, this text uses SWOT analytical method to analyze in detail the internal and external situation in which our develop zone develop industrial cluster and appraised them objectively. Comprehensively, the thesis point out the opportunities that SETD formed industrial cluster has been already ripe basically. Again, as far as the choice of leading industries is concerned, SETD always encounter a serious problem of unified suggestion. Therefore, this thesis embraces shift-share analytical method to select several competitive and potential industries for SETD, make qualitative appraisal to related degree among these industries. Based on the research the author create structure chart of the ecological industrial cluster of SETD, in which shapes that the industrial cluster of SETD should be chemical industrial cluster, green food processing industrial cluster and textile industrial cluster based on agricultural foundation in the oasis. Meantime, they should be made up organically. The thesis also point out the development model of industrial cluster of SETD. Finally, reconsidering the domestic and foreign situation, the thesis recommend some policy suggestion about develop industrial cluster in SETD, particularly emphasized constructing the soft environment for industrial cluster.更多还原
