UFNPR/PP共混型热塑性弹性体的制备技术、结构与性能研究

【摘要】 本文以超细全硫化粉末丁腈橡胶(UFNPR)和聚丙烯(PP)为原料,探讨了加工工艺参数、共混比、增容体系、填充补强剂等对UFNPR/PP热塑性弹性体力学性能、耐热老化性能以及耐油性能的影响,最终制成性能较好的共混型热塑性弹性体。 首先对制备UFNPR/PP共混型热塑性弹性体的工艺进行了研究,结果表明:共混比为50/50;共混温度为175℃、共混时间11min左右,制得的共混型热塑性弹性体性能较好,具有可反复加工性;然后采用马来酸酐接枝物(MA-g-PE和MA-g-PP)、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)三种不同的增容剂对UFNPR/PP共混型热塑性弹性体性能进行了研究,结果表明:MA-g-PE的增容效果最好,其用量为15份;在选定增容剂的基础上,又探讨了填充补强剂对热塑性弹性体性能的影响;结果表明:填充补强剂对共混型热塑性弹性体的补强效果不明显,但填充补强剂的加入能使共混型热塑性弹性体的硬度和100%定伸应力有所提高,适量的填充补强剂可以降低成本,还可以改善耐油性能。其中白炭黑填充的共混型热塑性弹性体的力学性能较好,陶土填充的共混型热塑性弹性体的耐油性能较好。同时本文还将制备的UFNPR/PP共混型热塑性弹性体与动态硫化法制备的NBR/PP TPV性能进行了对比,二者的性能相近,但是本文制得的共混型热塑性弹性体的扯断伸长率较低。最后采用偏光显微镜(PLM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试手段对热塑性弹性体的亚微观结构进行了表征分析。

【Abstract】 The effect of the process parameters, the ratio of Rubber to Plastics, compatibilization system and the reinforcing system on the properties of ultra-fine full-vulcanized butadiene-acrylonitrile powdered rubber(UFNPR)/ Polypropylene(PP) blending thermoplastic elastomer were discussed, such as mechanical property, aging-resistant property, and oil-resistant property. the better properties of the UFNPR/PP blending thermoplastic elastomer was prepared.At first, the paper discussed the process technological of UFNPR/PP blending thermoplastic elastomer. The results showed that the properties of the thermoplastic elastomer prepared in the 50:50 ratio of UFNPR to PP, and 175℃ of blending temperature and 11 min of blending time were better, the blending thermoplastics elstomer had good properties after remilling. The properties of the blending thermoplastic elastomer which was compatible with the different compatibilizers, such as MA-g-PE, MA-g-PP, CPE and EVA, was studied. the best compatibilizer was MA-g-PE (account 15 phr). After the compatibilizer was selected, the effect of different reinforcing agent on the properties of thermoplastic elastomer were studied. The conclusion as follows: the effect of reinforcing agent on the properties of blending thermoplastic elastomer were unobvious. The hardness and Stress at 100%
