【摘要】 在全球经济一体化发展环境下,竞争加剧带来的主要问题是很多企业采用不正当竞争手法,不讲社会道德和社会责任。但自SAI(社会责任国际)在1997 年向全球发布第一个有关社会责任的管理体系SA8000 草案标准以来,SA8000 社会责任管理体系立即引起各国政府与企业的关注。SA8000 是继ISO9000、ISO14000 和OHSAS18000 之后出现的又一崭新的、全球第一个可被用于第三方认证机构审核的有关社会责任方面的管理体系标准,要求企业在赚钱的同时必须承当对环境和相关利益方的责任。本文在综合运用管理学、经济法学以及相关同际管理体系标准知识的基础上,具体介绍了企业实施SA8000 社会责任管理体系的理论基础;SA8000与其它管理体系、我国法律法规的差异以及我国企业实施SA8000 所需必备的外部条件及主要障碍;并通过运用PACD 过程分析法,对SA8000 社会责任管理体系的构建、实施与改进、评价作了较为详细的探讨;并且以K公司为案例通过对其社会责任管理现状的查检,明确了我国企业现阶段在SA8000 社会管理体系上的主要问题点及企业难以实施的原因。希望能对国内企业实施SA8000 管理体系具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of economical globalization throughout the world, the Main problem caused by tough competition is that many enterprises adopt unfair Competition methods and ignore the social moral and social accountability. Since the SA8000 draft standard has been issued in 1997 by SAI, considered as the first Management system concerning the social accountability. It leads to the focus from many governments and enterprises. The SA8000 is an new social accountability management system criteria following the ISO9000、ISO14000 and OHSAS18000, it can be used by the third accredited institution. It requires that the enterprise should also be responsible for the environment and relevant stakeholders, not only the profit. The paper introduces the theory basis about the SA8000 implementation. Rely on the application of Management、Economics and some other relevant Management system knowledge. The difference between SA8000 and other management systems 、Relevant legislation and regulation, the external conditions and chief obstacles during the implementation of SA8000; by the way of the PDCA process analysis, have a detailed discussion about the establishment、Implementation and improvement of the SA8000.
