自动化软件质量保证在CADS中的实现

【摘要】 本文主要介绍了在Cross Architecture Development Suite (CADS)项目中对软件质量保证的定义,并尽可能的将它进行自动化的实现。软件质量保证简称质量保证,各个公司对它都有不同的认识和定义,本文中论述的质量保证包含了软件的配置管理,软件版本的产生,软件测试,软件缺陷的管理,以及软件质量的评审等方面内容。文中将会对它们的概念进行一一的阐述。本文所阐述的自动化质量保证就是要把质量保证中的各部分内容进行自动化的实现,并通过有效的手段把它们有机的连接起来,以提高质量保证的效率和能力。为了达到质量保证的自动化,首先第一方面它要实现统一的资源管理。统一的资源管理是自动化质量保证的开头,没有它就不能实现自动化的过程。第二方面自动化质量保证要实现自动化的软件Build。自动化软件Build是自动化软件质量保证的关键,它负责产生软件的每一个测试版本,是衔接资源管理和软件测试的重要环节。第三方面需要实现自动化的软件测试。自动化软件测试负责检验Build 系统产生的每一个软件版本,项目组成员通过软件测试结果来修改软件项目。它包含自动化的测试框架以及数量总多的自动化测试用例。第四方面它需要有统一的软件缺陷管理。统一的缺陷管理就是把项目中的各种缺陷进行有效的管理,以便对它们进行及时处理和解决。第五方面它还要有软件质量评审。好的软件质量评审能及时跟踪软件项目的走向,反映软件的健康程度。另外,自动化的质量保证还需要有统一的结果发布平台,用于显示各种结果数据以及文档数据。作者的主要工作和创新是在CADS 项目中实现了一种较为自动化的软件质量保证。本文设计的自动化软件质量保证采用了CVS 作为统一的软件配置管理工具,设计开发了自动化的软件Build 系统,设计并开发自动化的软件测试平台,基于自动化测试平台制定了测试用例的规范并开发自动化测试用例,使用Bugzilla 作为统一的缺陷管理工具,设计实现了统一的结果发布平台,进行了良好的软件质量审计工作等内容。这些内容除了它们本身能较自动的工作,而且它们直接也能通过互联网络进行快速通讯,以达到保证任务间的快速衔接。自动化质量保证给CADS 项目带来了很多的好处。它既能及时保证软件的

【Abstract】 The paper mainly introduces the concept of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) in Cross Architecture Development Suites (CADS) and does the bests to automate it. SQA has many different definitions in lots of fields. In CADS, SQA includes software configuration management, software build generation, software testing, software defects management and software quality audit. Their concepts will be detailed in the paper. Automated SQA will make each part of SQA working automatically and connect them closely to improve the quality and efficiency of SQA. In order to implement Automated SQA, there should include 5 parts. Firstly, there should be a uniform software configuration management. Uniform software configuration management is the beginning of Automated SQA. Lacking it could not reach Automated SQA. Secondly, it should implement automated software building. Automated software building is one of the keys in Automated SQA. It will generate all products for test or release. It also connects software configuration management and software testing. Thirdly, it should implement automated software testing framework and automated software test cases. Software testing will check each build generated by the software build system. Developers will modify their designing by testing results. Fourthly, it should implement uniform bug management. Uniform bug management will check and control bugs’statuses to help fix bugs. Fifthly, it should have software quality audit. A good software quality audit can track and control project healthy. The main contribution of the dissertation is to implement one kind of Automated SQA in CADS project. It includes using CVS to implement uniform software configuration management, designing and implementation an automated continuous software building, designing and implementation automated software testing, using Bugzilla to implement uniform bug management and going on a good software quality audit.
