基于WEB体系结构的远程虚拟仪器的研究与实现

【摘要】 虚拟仪器技术是计算机技术和微电子技术相结合的一项基于PC 的新型技术。“软件就是仪器”是其基本思想。随着网络技术尤其是Internet 的进步,虚拟仪器开始向着网络化方向发展。将虚拟仪器的范围扩展到整个Internet/Intranet 网上,使信号采集、传输和处理一体化,一方面可以使许多昂贵的硬件资源得以共享,另一方面还便于测试系统的扩展和测试效率的提高。“网络就是仪器”的概念确切地概括了虚拟仪器的网络化发展趋势。考虑到测试软件的通用性、可维护性和扩充性,作者采用模块化的设计思想,构建了一个通用的自动测试软件框架并打造了一个基于虚拟仪器的综合测试平台。在此基础上,通过对C/S 与B/S 两种模式的优缺点的比较,最终确定选用B/S 结构作为网络化虚拟仪器的通信模式,并提出了基于Web 体系结构的远程虚拟仪器系统的解决方案,在远程监控以及故障诊断中,具有实际意义。软件是系统设计的关键。从整体上说,软件主要包括三个部分:虚拟仪器、数据库和应用程序。本文首先论述了虚拟仪器在国内外发展的现状,虚拟仪器的特点、构成以及远程虚拟仪器的概念。分别从虚拟仪器系统的体系结构和软件开发环境两个方面,对虚拟仪器系统进行了阐述。然后,结合嵌入式开发板与相关硬件组成了虚拟仪器的硬件平台,充分发挥了嵌入式开发板与PC 机的优势。重点介绍了虚拟仪器软件系统的总体设计和具体功能模块实现的细节流程。在数据分析与处理中,对自相关函数分析仪和频谱分析仪等常用仪器做了软件流程的编写。接着,分析了NI 公司提供的SQL Tookit 工具包的特点以及各个函数的内部联系,给出了数据库开发过程。而且,从多线程的角度,对软件的实时性作了进一步的探讨并给出了具体的实现方案。最后,介绍了Web 发展的几个阶段以及实现Web 应用程序的关键技术。借助ASP.NET 技术、ActiveX 技术和DataSocket 技术,将Web 与虚拟仪器结合起来,实现了基于Web 的远程监控系统。
【Abstract】 Virtual Instruments technology combins the computer technology with micro-electronics technology. It is one of the new technologies based on PC, and its idea is “Software are Instruments”. With the improvement of network technology, especially the Internet, Virtual Instruments have become network-oriented. Remote Virtual Instruments are Virtual Instruments of network expansion. The Remote Virtual Instruments technology extends the VI’s application area to whole Internet/Intranet, and makes the process of acquiring signal, transferring signal and processing signal become a whole unit. On the one hand, we can share many expensive hardware resources, on the other hand, we can extend our test system easily and improve the test efficiency. “Networks are instruments”is a good description of the trend. Considering the test software’s universality, maintainability and expansion, the thinking of modularization is adopted, and the universal software framework of automatic test system is designed. On the basis of this framework, the compositive test platform is developped. Whereafter, comparing C/S pattern with B/S pattern, B/S pattern was chosen to be the communication pattern of Virtual Instruments based on network. This paper puts forward the solution of Virtual Instruments based on web, which is practical for remote controling and trouble shooting. The software is the key to the whole design. Generally speaking, the software consists of Vistual Instruments, database and application. Fisrst of all, the paper discusses the development status of Virtual instruments in our country and others, the concept, characteristic, and composing of Virtual Instruments. It also expounds the structure and development environment of Virtual Instruments separately. Secondly, this paper gives a way to constitute the hardware platform with embedded board and interrelated hardware, which can develop PC and embedded board’s strong points respectively. It emphasizes on the master plan of system and detail of concrete modules. About the data analysis and data processing, the software flow of common instruments is described. Thirdly, the characteristic of SQL Tookit supplied by NI and the relationship of its functions is analyzed. The procedure of database is given.
