基于FPGA的MPEG-2预处理TS流复用设计及验证

【摘要】 当今,数字视频广播DVB标准被认为是数字电视与相关媒体业务的全球性解决方案。采用DVB标准设计通用的数字电视系统时,各传输媒体间有最大的互通性,能灵活地传输MPEG-2音频/视频数据、广播数据与用户数据。基于MPEG-2/DVB规范的多路节目复用器已经成为各种数字电视传输系统的关键设备之一。正是由于复用系统的特殊结构与复用机制极大的灵活性,使得数字电视传输系统成为可以不分信息传输种类的高速信息传输网络。国外已经开发出了复用系统的相关专用芯片,我国目前所使用的复用器专用芯片大都依靠进口,国内也有多家单位在从事基于DSP的复用器研制和开发工作,但也无法形成专用芯片的设计和制造。所以,自行设计复用系统专用芯片问题已经成了我国数字电视系统需要解决的迫在眉睫的问题。   本文着重研究了多路数字节目复用器中的对多路预处理TS流复用的原理和基于FPGA的实现方法。文章首先论述了关于数字电视系统的一些基本概念,介绍了MPEG-2/DVB标准以及数字电视节目专用信息(PSI),并结合多路数字节目复用的基本原理提出了一套基于FPGA的设计方案。通过对复用器输入部分、复用控制逻辑和PCR校正等一系列模块的设计及仿真验证,达到了设计的要求,取得了一定的研究成果。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) standard has been considered the globalism solution scheme of digital television and relative multimedia service. As DVB standard is used to design the general digital television system, the transport media can flexibly transfer MPEG-2 audio/video data, broadcasting data and user data. Multiplexer based on MPEG-2/DVB standard has become one of the key equipments worked in the digital television transfer system. Due to the special construction of multiplexing system and maximal flexibility of multiplexing mechanism, the digital television transfer system become the high speed information transfer network, and there is not necessary to distinguish the species of information transfer. The dedication multiplexer chips have been developed overseas. Many home companies have been engaged on the research and development of multiplexer based on DSP, and they can not produce the dedication multiplexer chips. So it has become the key problem for the home digital television system to produce dedication multiplexer chips independently. In this dissertation, the multi-program multiplexing theory based on pre-processing Transport Stream (TS) and realize method based on FPGA have been presented. The dissertation first discusses the base conception of digital television system,and introduces MPEG-2/DVB standard and Program Special Information (PSI), and then provides a design scheme based FPGA. The study of the dissertation places emphasis on the design and simulation of multiplexing blocks, and the design requirement is achieved.
