【摘要】 十三届四中全会以来,以江泽民为核心的第三代中央领导集体在带领全国人民建设中国特色社会主义事业的实践过程中,不断推进党的建设的“新的伟大工程”,对新时期执政党建设进行了深入广泛的研究,形成了以“三个代表”为核心内容的执政党建设思想。 理论是革命的先导。没有正确理论指导下的革命,就是一种不成熟的革命。同样没有正确理论作指导的政党也不是一个成熟的政党,尤其对领导中国这样一个大国的政党来说,中国共产党的执政理念与执政能力如何,直接关系到社会主义事业的兴衰成败、关系到中华民族的前途命运、关系到党的生死存亡和国家的长治久安。这是重大的战略课题,只有不断解决好这一课题,才能保证我们党在世界形势深刻变化的历史进程中始终走在时代的前列,在应对国内外各种风险和考验的实施进程中始终成为全国人民的主心骨,在建设中国特色社会主义的历史进程中始终成为坚强的领导核心。 本文正是基于这种认识把江泽民执政党建设思想作为研究对象,力求将江泽民执政党建设思想的理论体系科学完整地构画出来,力求鉴古知今,为新时期执政党的建设提供经验教训。 本论文首先对政党与执政党的概念进行分析,力求对执政党有个基本的了解。其次,论文探讨了江泽民执政党建设思想产生和形成的时代背景与理论基础。再次,论文重点分析了江泽民执政党建设思想的形成及其主要内容,并从八个方面对江泽民执政党建设的主要内容进行了全方位的阐释。最后,从整体上探寻江泽民执政党建设思想的时代特征与伟大意义。结语部分是在创作过程中的一点体会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Content: Since the Fourth plenary session of the 13th central committee, the 3 d leading group centering comrade Jiang Zemin has been constantly promoting the "Great New Undertaking" —- the party building and penetratingly studying the construction of governing party in the new period during the practicing of leading our nation to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.Theory leads revolutions. No mature theory, no successful revolution. The construction of communist Party of China relates with the existence, destruction and renewal of the Chinese nation, especial the construction theory of the Chinese nation, especially the constructor theory of our Party.IN view of the specific background, this article takes Jiang Zemin’ s ideology of governing party building as the object of study and aims at drawing a frame of the ideology scientifically and integrated.Furthermore, taking lessons from the previous times, it also provide experiences and warning for the present governing Party building.To begin with, the thesis analysis the party and the governing party. Secondly, the thesis discusses the theory and the condition of its origins and formation. Thirdly, the Thesis concentrates on the procedure of ideology formation and the major points of Jiang Zemin’s ideology of ruling party building. Besides, it is elaborated all-round on the main contents of this ideology from 8 aspects. Finally, the thesis probes into the political significance of the ideology as a whole. In the end of the thesis, confessing my emotional idea inner my heart during completes this thesis.更多还原
