新公共管理在我国的适用性分析

【摘要】 新公共管理理论是20 世纪70 年代以来西方发达国家轰轰烈烈的行政改革浪潮中推出了一种政府公共管理的新理论。该理论极大地推动了西方国家政府公共管理的发展。本文首先对新公共管理理论产生的社会动因、基本内容和理论基础等方面进行了介绍,其次阐述了对新公共管理理论进行借鉴的动因和意义,然后对新公共管理在当代中国的适用性进行了正反两方面的分析,最后在前面进行分析的基础之上,就我国行政改革过程中对如何借鉴新公共管理理论的对策进行了一定的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the seventies of the 20th century, the western countries have conducted vigorous administrative reforms and made a new theory and new mode of the government’s public management in this tide of reformations. The theory has propelled the development of government management in the western countries greatly. First, this article introduces the social reason, basic content and theoretical foundation of the new public management. Secondly, this artival explains the reasons and the significance of analyzing the suitability of the new public management. Then the article analyzes both sides of the suitability of the new public management in contemporary China on the basis of the content above, This article also discusses the policy that replies how to use new public management for reference in the course of administration reform at last.更多还原
