基于LonWorks现场总线技术和GPRS机房动力监控系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着电子技术、计算机技术和通信技术的发展,无线通信技术和现场总线技术也得到了迅猛的发展,把两者结合成为一个必然的趋势。本文正是在这种背景下,结合一个机房的配电系统进行实时监控方面的课题,采用先进的电能计量芯片技术,进行基于LonWorks现场总线技术和GPRS的机房的配电系统研究。 本文通过采用专用的高精度电力参数采集芯片和GPRS无线Modem设计了集三相电力参数测量、数字输入测量、数字输出监控于一体的配电变压器远程网络监控终端。本文从硬件和软件分别阐述其实现过程。 论文第一章从总体上介绍了监控系统的分类以及国内外机房电力监控系统发展的现状,在此基础上提出了应用LonWorks现场总线技术和GPRS网络作为机房电力和实时监控系统的传输媒介。第二章介绍了LonWorks现场总线技术。第三章介绍GPRS通信原理的基础上,并从技术角度出发分析了现阶段采用LonWorks现场总线技术和GPRS技术的优越性。第三章着重介绍了机房配电监控终端硬件设计,特别是高精度电力参数采集芯片及其实际应用。第四章则着重介绍无线Modem模块的功能特性和AT命令集在无线Modem驱动方面和短信方面的具体应用,并结合实际给出了详细的应用例子。第五章介绍了系统通信的连接整体构建。第六章介绍了监控管理单元的上位机和现场节点的通讯实现。最后,本文进行了研究总结,并进行了展望。
【Abstract】 With the development of electronic technology , technology of the computer and communication technology, wireless communication technology and on-the-spot bus technology get swift and violent development too, combining the two becomes an inevitable trend. This text under the background , combine one distribution system of computer lab is it control subject of in real time to go on just, adopt the advanced electric energy to measure the technology of the chip, the electric monitoring system of carrying on the computer lab based on LonWorks on-the-spot bus technology and GPRS is studied.Through adopt special-purpose high-accuracy electric parameter gather chip and GPRS wireless Modem design collect three-phase electric parameter measurement this text, the figure is input and measured, the figure is exported and controlled in the integrative distribution voltage transformer long-range network monitoring terminal station. This text explains its realization course from the hardware and software respectively.Chapter one of thesis has introduced the current situations of the classification of the monitoring system and domestic and international electric monitoring system development of computer lab on the whole, is it use LonWorks on-the-spot bus technology and GPRS network as computer lab electricity and real-time transmission media of monitoring system to propose on this basis. Chapter two introduced LonWorks on-the-spot bus technology. . Introduce GPRS at the foundation , communication of principle , is it is it adopt LonWorks on-the-spot bus technology and superiority , GPRS of technology the present stage to analyse to proceed from technological angle.
