【摘要】 时代,是每一个人郡置身其中并体会至深的概念,信息时代的到来引发了企业生存和竞争环境的巨大变化。一方面计算机技术和网络技术的迅速发展,为信息管理系统的发展和完善不断提供着新的技术手段,另一方面,伴随着这些技术及社会生产力的发展,企业对管理方式的要求也不断地迈向信息化和网络化,推动着信息技术在管理信息系统开发的运用。 信息产业的发展需要Internet的发展来带动,Web技术是Internet的核心技术,研究基于Web的信息管理系统开发技术,是利用Internet技术开发新一代信息管理系统的重要组成部分。 教务管理是高等学校教育管理的重要组成部分,是一项时间性强、工作量大、准确度要求高且影响教学全局性的工作,教务管理信息有教学资源管理、学生学籍管理、成绩管理、教学计划的安排与执行、考务管理、教材管理等大量信息。如何有效去管理、应用这些信息,并将这些信息数据作为教学管理分析和决策的手段,使得这些信息能够为教学活动产生更好的促进作用,是教务管理信息系统所要考虑的。 本文立足于时代的呼唤和教务信息管理业务的需求,首先简要地介绍了基于Web的管理信息系统开发的相关技术,接着运用结构化软件工程开发技术对基于Web的教务管理信息系统的业务流程、数据流程及功能需求进行了分析,再研究了系统的总体设计方案,然后在此基础上利用ASP等Web技术对系统的主模块、系统维护模块、教学资源管理模块及学籍管理模块进行了详细设计及编码实现的论述,最后从WindowsNT操作系统、IIS软件、ASP代码到SQL Server四个层次阐述了构建基于ASP的网上教务信息管理系统所必须的安全策略。 本文作者开发的广东工业大学番禺校区网上教务管理信息系统已应用于实践,并取得了成效,本文是作者结合教务信息管理的具体工作经验和系统开发实践而得出的研究结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now, the arrival of information ages caused the corporations existence and competition environment of huge variety. On the one hand, the quick development of computer and networks that provide the MIS with new technology means continuously, on the other hand, accompany with the development of these technologys and social productivities, the way of managing in the corporations turns towards to base on information and network, and it is pushing the information technology to be used in the MIS building.Study how to design the MIS basing no web technique, is the most important part of building new MIS with internet technique, because the development of the information industry needs the Internet development to arouse, and the web technique is an internet core technique.The work of educational administration management in the university is heavy, the time and the accurate of it have high request, and it is so importance to influences the overall work of the teaching, the information of educational administration management is very abundant, such as the teaching resources, the student status, the planned arrangement of teaching and performance, the student’s achievement, and etc. That the wish of the JW_MIS is how to manage and apply these information effectively and make it promoting help in improving means of teaching.The discussion of this text is based on the ages calling and the needing of The educational administration management operation. First, introduced simply the related technology of the MIS; The second, made use of the structure technique of the software engineering to analyze the operation process, the data process and function request of JW_MIS; The third, studied the design project of the total system; The fourth, discussed the detailed design and coding of the four modules in system with web technique such as ASP and SQL, the four modules are the main module, and the system maintenance module, and the teaching resources module and the student status module. Lastly, elaborated how to set up safe strategy of the system from operate system of windowsNT, software of IIS, code of ASP and the SQL server that four layers.Now, the system have be applied in fulfillment and obtained good result, and this text is the research result by combining the concrete work experience and the exploitation practice.更多还原
