【摘要】 在城市生活和工作节奏日益加快的今天,乡村休闲旅游无疑成为普通都市人首选的旅游项目。但从近年发展现状看,由于缺乏规划指导与管理,致使乡村旅游开发出现一系列生态与社会问题,乡村区域的生态系统稳定与安全将受到严重冲击。如何将生态理念融入到乡村旅游,开展乡村生态旅游,提升乡村旅游的价值与品味成为一个热点话题,也成为实现我省生态省建设、解决“三农”问题的一个有效手段。科学的规划是实现开发目标的前提与有效手段,因此乡村生态旅游规划成为了现今研究热点。 本文立足于乡村生态旅游内涵,通过分析乡村旅游发展现状中存在的问题,建立了乡村生态旅游规划程序;以生态安全、生态美与物质循环等为原则,初步探讨了乡村生态旅游规划的核心内容;以安吉县禹山坞村为例进行乡村生态旅游规划实例研究。论文所取得的主要研究成果为: (1)提出乡村生态旅游规划是以生态保护为前提,用景观生态及生态方法为游客建立一个欣赏、认知、培养与体验生态的旅游环境,实现乡村可持续发展。 (2)建立了以社区参与为中心的乡村生态旅游规划程序:即现状调查、潜力分析与发展目标确定、功能分区、生态旅游环境容量确定、乡村景观生态设计、旅游服务设施生态化设计及保障措施的建立。 (3)以“斑块—廊道—基质”为景观格局模式,通过场地情感培养与分析,进行乡村生态旅游景观格局布置与设计,使其在保持乡野风味的基础上具有自然亲近性、生态性和美的效果,并构建了“田野情趣”、“湿地探秘,,与“山水融情”的禹山坞乡村生态旅游景观格局。 (4)在庭院、水资源系统、垃圾处理系统、能源系统、建筑等方面进行农家服务设施的生态化设计,并从节能、物质循环、美观原则出发建立相关模式。 (5)强调在现状调查、旅游开发及保护目标确定、生态知识培训、乡村景观与服务设施设计等方面实现社区参与,并构建了相关调查问卷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990’s, ecotourism had been flourished for its original and knowledge nature in China. As an undeveloped virgin land, rural area has become an important object of developing ecotourism. At present, lots of villages hang on to ecotourism as economic life lines. The lack of planning has led to a series of ecological and social problems, the stabilization and safety of ecosystem may be hard hit. However, few systemic and overall researches on how to plan ecotourism in rural area and what the procedure and content of planning it is.Based on the understanding of the meaning of ecotourism in rural area, this paper establishes a set of planning procedure of ecotourism in rural area, by the analysis of the problems in its actuality development and benefiting from the experience on correlative planning. This paper study preliminarily the hardcore contents of ecotourism planning in rural area on principles of ecological security, ecological beauty and cycle of matter, and then take a case study on a village called Yushanwu in Anji county. The main findings are shown as follows:(1) Regarding ecological environment preserving as its basis principle, ecotourism planning in rural area is using the methods of landscape ecology and ecology to set up a tourism environment, which can supply enjoyment, cognition, cultivation and experience of nature, and realize the sustainable development of rural areas.(2) Circling the local community participation of planning, its procedure consists of inventory survey, potential analysis and development goal of its exploitation, use zoning, the capacity of ecotourism environment, landscape designing, ecological design of service infrastructure for ecotourism and safeguard measures.(3) The landscape design of ecotourism in rural area should bases on site analysis and site feelings cultivation, follows the mode of "patch-corridor-matrix", and aims at nature attraction, ecological features and beautiful scenery. And build aecotourism landscape pattern of "spice of fields", "exposure to the secret of marsh" and "feelings into landscape"(4) Carrying out ecological design on service infrastructure, such as farmyard, water resources system, waste disposal system, energy sources system, architectures and etc. Besides, establishing relative ecological design model by the principle of energy conservation, cycle of matter and aesthetics.(5) Local community mainly participate in such courses: inventory survey, education of tourism exploitation and ecological knowledge, confirmation of the aim of exploitation and protection, design of rural landscape and basic service establishments, and than designed a questionnaire .更多还原
