【摘要】 21世纪区域旅游发展迅速,而区域旅游的发展需要旅游中心城市的支撑。在旅游区域中,旅游中心城市作为节点,构建多样化的旅游线路,形成区域化的旅游网络,从而实现板块化的旅游。同时,区域内的各个旅游中心城市并非毫无关联,它们是相互作用和相互联系的,是作为一个完整的、系统的、有机的城市体系引导区域旅游产业的发展。 在研究中,笔者应用了旅游学、区域经济学、可持续旅游发展的理论和方法,探讨了旅游中心城市与一般中心城市、旅游城市的区别与联系,阐述了旅游中心城市的特征,提出了旅游中心城市体系的概念,归纳了旅游中心城市体系的特征。并按照一定的原则设立了旅游中心城市评价方案,运用综合评价法对陕西省旅游中心城市进行了分析评价。根据评价分析结果,构建了陕西省旅游中心城市体系。最后,笔者针对陕西省旅游中心城市体系发展的需要,提出了相应的发展建议。 全文共包括九个部分: 第一部分:指出本文选取研究课题的意义,对旅游中心城市体系研究进展进行了综述,总结本文研究解决的问题以及研究过程中所采用的研究方法。明确了研究的指导思想和研究的技术路线。 第二部分:主要介绍旅游中心城市体系研究的相关理论基础,包括增长极理论、系统论、旅游网络理论、区域旅游协作理论、可持续发展与可持续旅游发展理论、区域经济理论和城市体系理论等,为旅游中心城市体系的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。 第三部分:明确有关旅游中心城市体系的基本概念。分析了旅游中心城市与一般中心城市、旅游城市的区别和联系,指出旅游中心城市的多项特征。在此基础上阐述了旅游中心城市体系的概念和特征。 第四部分:分析了旅游中心城市的构建因素。该构建因素主要包括旅游中心城市与旅游地的空间关系、构建旅游中心城市的必备条件、以及旅游中心城市的功能集合。 第五部分:笔者引用综合评价法,设计旅游中心城市评价方案,提出评价原则,选取评价项目和因子建立评价体系,规范评价程序,供实证分析时采用。 第六部分:详细分析了陕西省旅游中心城市体系的建设背景,指出陕西省的旅游中心城市现状建设中存在的问题,并重点论述了陕西省进行旅游中心城更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional tourism develops rapidly in the 21st century, the development of and regional tourism needs support of the tourist center city. In the tourism region, As the node, the tourist center city constructs diversified tour routes, forms the regional tourism network, thus realizes the plate travel. At the same time, each tourist center city in the tourism region is not unrelated at all, they whether interaction connect each other, as one whole , systematic, organic urban system lead the development of regional tourism industry.In this thesis, by applying the theories and methods from the Tourism Science, Regional Economics, Urbanology and Tourism Sustainable Development, the author has probed into the connection and the differences among the tourist center city, the tourist city and the center city; has explained the characteristic of the tourist center city, has set up the concept of the tourist center city system, has summed up the characteristics of the tourist center city system. According to some certain principles the author has set up the plan of the tourist center city evaluation, and has used general evaluation solution to evaluate and analyze the tourist center cities in Shaanxi Province. According to the result of analysis and evaluation, the author has constructed the tourist center city system in Shaanxi Province. Based on the current situation of the tourist center city system development in Shaanxi Province, the author has put forward the corresponding developing suggestions.This thesis consists of nine parts.Part one indicates the meaning of the study subject selected. The research progress of the tourist center city, the problems and research methods adopted in the research are summarized. At last, the author has defined the technological routes and the guiding ideas of the research.Part two mainly introduces the relevant basic theories about the tourist center city system. Those theories include the theory of Growth Pole, Systematic theory, the theory of Tourism Network, the theory of Regional Tourism Cooperation, the theory of Sustainable Development and the theory of Tourism Sustainable Development, Regional Economics and The theory of Urban System, etc, and then establish the theoretical foundation for the further research of the system of the tourist center city system.Part three defines the basic conception about the tourist center city system. The differences among the tourist center city, tourist city, center city are analyzed. Especially the author has pointed out multiple characteristics of the tourist center city On these bases the concept and characteristic of the tourist center city system are explained.Part four analyzes construction factors of the tourist center city. They mainly include the relationship between the tourist center city and the tourist site, the essential construction conditions and the function groups of the tourist center city.In the fifth Part ,after applying the general evaluation solution and designing the plan of the tourist center city evaluation, the author has put forward the evaluation principles, and has chosen the projects and factors to establish the evaluation system. Then the evaluation routine is regulated. These all can be adopted duiring the analyses of examples.Part six gives a detailed description on the background of the tourist center city system construction in Shaanxi Province. The problems existing in the current situation of the tourist center city system in Shaanxi Province is found, at the same time the necessity and feasibility of constructing of the tourist center city system Shaanxi Province are described especially.Part seven adopts the general evaluation solution and the plan of the tourist center city evaluation to analyze the tourism center city in Shaanxi Province. This part divides the large tourism district of Shaanxi Province at first.
