基于科学课程的教学过程评价初步研究

【摘要】 科学课程的设立是当前新课程改革中的一项重大举措,它是世界课程改革的潮流与我国国情相结合的产物,也是教育观念、教育方式、教育行为的深刻变革的具体体现。目前我国各个实验区纷纷开设了科学课,武汉市也于2004年9月正式启动科学课程。新课程开设后,社会各界提出最大的争议是今后考试怎么考,升学怎么办,对学生、老师如何评价等等问题,这些问题的都是现有评价体系与课程发展不相适应的体现。要想更好的促进学生的发展,推动科学课程的改革与实施,建立相适应的过程评价体系势在必行。 本文从现实问题出发首先调查分析了国内外科学课程改革和教育评价的发展与趋势,在此基础上认为,我国现有过程评价研究属于起步阶段,对其概念的研究和认识还不够深入,甚至出现一些误区。比如将过程评价简单等同于质性评价或者说是描述性评价,造成在科学课程与教学中使用的各种质性过程评价方法、方案可操作性不强。因此提出过程评价应该是以要素为核心的多主体、多内容的立体体系,评价方案的设计与开发应具有实际性和灵活性。 在此基本理解下,本文随后深入到哲学层面剖析了评价、“课程与教学”评价的相关概念,并探讨一些典型的课程评价模式,为实际工作中过程评价方案的设计与开发提供必要的理论基础和思路。 再次,进入应用层面,在深入了解评价理论、价值观的基础上,澄清过程评价的概念,探讨了科学“课程与教学”过程评价的价值取向,提出了三项基本要素:主体、内容和方法,并对各项要素内部的具体内容做了一些划分和重点的讨论。 最后,进入实践层面,结合国际先进的评价方法,具体探讨了科学“课程与教学’,过程评价中科学素养和学生课堂参与程度两项重要内容的过程评价方法,并在评价方案设计与实践上做了一点尝试,供实际应用和参考。
【Abstract】 Science curriculum to be set is a great action in new curricula innovation nowadays. It is production that integrate the direction of the world curriculum innovation and Chinese national situation. What is more, it is also the embodiment of educational concept, manner, and behavior. At present, experimental locations of our country begin to teach scientific lesson. Wuhan city starts science curriculum in September 2004 .After that, society have offered the most disputed problem that how to continue the examination, how to enter high school and how to evaluate the students and teachers. These problems are all produced by the not adaptation between the recent assessment system and curriculum development. In order to boost the development of students and accelerate the scientific curriculum innovation, the public must establish the adaptive assessment system.From realistic problem, this text, at first, investigates and analyses science curriculum reform and assessment development in domestic besides world. On this basis, we recognize that the frequent assessment is the starting stage in our country. The study and understanding of its concept is still not deep enough, and even present some mistaken ideas. For example, equate frequent assessment with quality assessment or describing assessment briefly. So various frequent assessment methods are not easy to use in practice, especially in science curriculum area. We think that frequent assessment should be taking key elements as the core and construct three-dimensional system with many contents or parts. The design and development of assessment project should be actuality and flexibility.Under understanding basically here, this text get deeply to philosophy aspect analyze assessment, " course and teaching "and relevant concepts. It also probe into some typical course assessment modes. We hope that they can offer essential theoretical foundation and thinking ways in practice.Moreover, the text enter into using aspect. on the basis of deep understanding
