【摘要】 私营企业的发展关键在于管理,管理的主要问题是对人的管理,而对人的管理的核心就是对人的激励。激励就是调动人的积极性,培养创造力。激励既包括从正面激发、诱导个人或组织所期望的行为,也包括约束和惩罚不良行为。目前私营企业已经成为我国经济发展中的一支重要生力军,为社会发展起到重要作用。但私营企业也面临许多困境,其中一个突出问题就是管理的落后。要保持私营企业的发展活力,必须加强私营企业管理,特别是要提高员工的积极性,培养创造力。如何调动员工的积极性不仅关系到私营企业的发展以及社会经济的繁荣,而且直接关系到员工的自我发展。本文首先阐述了选题依据及其研究意义,概述了激励相关研究状况以及本文研究重点等。然后分析了我国私营企业员工激励存在的不足及其原因。最后探讨了私营企业员工激励方法的原则要求,并提出了私营企业员工激励方法:即在把个人目标与企业目标结合起来的基础上运用目标来激励员工;依据员工的正当需要来激励;加强私营企业的文化建设,用先进的企业文化来激励员工;运用榜样教育来激励员工;注重培训和教育员工,帮助员工设计和实施职业生涯激励;引导员工加强自我激励,培养创造力;建立、完善绩效考核和薪酬式的激励方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of private enterprise lies in management mostly, the major question is to mange people, and to mange people lies in motivating them. Motivation is to arouse people enthusiasm and to motivate the ability of creation, not only including positive motivation but also negative restriction. Private enterprise has become a major factor in china economic construction and development, playing an important role in social development. But it faces many straits, one of the prominent problems is that management lags behind the time. It must strengthen enterprise management, enhance employees enthusiasm and motivate the ability of creation especially to keep the vigor of private enterprise. How to stir employees enthusiasm is not only related to the development of private enterprise and boom of social economy but also related to employees self-fulfillment directly. Firstly, the thesis explains the accordance of title and its meaning, summarizes relative studying situation about motivation and studying points and methods. Then analyzes deficiency and reasons in Chinese private enterprise motivation. At last explores some basic rules and puts forward definite methods of motivation: motivating employees by the targets on the basis of combine the targets of private enterprises with employees; motivating employees in terms of satisfying their proper needs; strengthening construction of private enterprise culture and motivating employees by it; motivating employees by models; attach importance to training and bringing up employees, motivating employees by helping them to plan and carry out vocation career; guiding employees to reinforce motivating themselves, to motivate the ability of creation; motivating employees by setting up and consummating performance assess and salary system.更多还原
