【摘要】 随着国民经济的发展,我国钢铁行业近几年呈现蓬勃发展的景象,钢铁产量和消费量稳步增长。2006年湖南华菱集团所属的三钢厂(湘钢、涟钢、衡管)产量预计达到1000万吨,所需原材料约4000万吨,需经湖南水运中转的约600万吨。但是湖南水运协调能力差,条块分割,规模小,经营状况普遍较差。为了解决湖南冶金物流运输瓶颈的问题,湖南华菱钢铁集团有限公司与湖南金荣企业集团有限公司准备联合收购岳阳港。在决策之前,需要对岳阳港做详细的调查,并对有关数据和信息进行整理、加工、分析和论证。正是在此背景下,本文从岳阳港的现状及存在的问题、岳阳港主要优劣势入手,分析了收购岳阳港的必要性。然后通过行业发展前景分析、投资价值分析及效益评估、投资经营风险分析及防范等方面的分析,得出收购岳阳港具有可行性的结论。最后通过分析岳阳港的内外部环境和最大的竞争对手,结合岳阳港的现状,提出岳阳港恢复期的生产经营战略。本文运用多种实用分析工具如回收期分析、盈亏平衡分析、SWOT分析等,使分析更具科学性和可操作性。为领导正确决策提供了可靠的依据。希望本文对其他企业收购港口项目有一定的实际参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the national economy developing, the iron and the steel business presents a scene of vigorous growths in recent years. The steel output and the sum of consumption increase steadily. In 2006 Valin enterprise’s three factories(Xiangtan steel company, Lianyuan steel company, Hengyang Steel Tube ) will product steels about ten million tons. This means that 40 million raw materials will be needed. One of them about 6 million must be transported to the factories by river since the railway and the road can’t meet the needs. To solve this kind of problem, Valin Steel Group and Kingory Group prepare to co-operatively purchase the Yueyang port, which declare bankruptcy in 2000 but has good geographical advantage located Dongting Lake. Before making decision, we have to investigate the Yueyang Port.
