新植蔗分蘖初期根施锌、硼微肥的肥料效应研究

The Effect of Zinc and Boron Micro-Fertilizer Applied in the Soil at the Early Tillering Stage of New-Planting Sugarcane

【摘要】 本研究选用甘蔗品种新台糖22为试验材料,在甘蔗分蘖初期根施锌肥、硼肥、锌+硼肥,通过定期采样分析甘蔗+1叶生理指标、+3叶营养状况,及进行大田农艺性状调查和光合作用相关指标测定,探讨锌、硼对甘蔗产量和品质的影响。结果表明: 1.光合色素和光合作用方面:锌、锌+硼处理增加甘蔗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量,提高甘蔗伸长期叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度。 2.生理指标方面:锌、硼、锌+硼处理都能较大幅度提高甘蔗叶片NR活性,尤其是锌处理;锌、硼、锌+硼处理基本都降低甘蔗叶片POD活性,各处理叶片酸性转化酶活性在甘蔗伸长前期都显著高于CK,而伸长中后期相差不大,甚至低于CK。锌、锌+硼处理可提高甘蔗叶片可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量,但两者间无明显差异。各处理叶片MDA含量都低于CK。 3.营养状况方面:锌处理能显著增加甘蔗+3叶锌含量,硼处理显著增加甘蔗+3叶硼含量,锌+硼处理显著增加甘蔗+3叶锌、硼含量。锌、锌+硼处理能增加甘蔗伸长前、中期+3叶氮含量,后期+3叶钾含量,伸长期磷的含量;硼处理能增加甘蔗伸长期+3叶氮、钾、钙含量,锌、锌+硼处理对镁的吸收都有促进作用。 4.农艺性状方面:与CK相比,锌、硼、锌+硼处理都提高甘蔗分蘖率、

【Abstract】 The new Taiwan Sugar 22 was used as experiment material in the study. At the early tillering stage of sugarcane, Zinc、 boron was used by soil application. In order to study the effect of zinc、 boron、 zinc + boron on the yield and quality, we analysed the physiological characters of+1 leaves 、 nourishment characters of+3 leaves 、 photosynthetic characters and investigated agronomic characters. The results were shown as follow.1. In photosynthetic pigment and photosynthesis: The treatments of zinc, zinc + boron raised chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content, improved the net photosynthetic、 transpiration rate、 stomata conductance。2. In physiological characters: All the treatments improved NR activity, especially zinc; the treatments of boron 、 zinc + boron decreased POD activity, but the treatment of zinc is higher than CK at the first stage of sugarcane growth, and lower at the end stage. All treatments improved the acid invertase activity expect the late stage of sugarcane growth. The treatments of zinc 、 zinc + boronhad active effect on the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein. The MDA content of zinc 、 boron、 zinc + boron were lower than CK.3.In nourishment condition : The treatment of zinc could increase the whole zinc content of+3 leaves, and the treatment of boron increased the whole boron content of +3 leaves, and the treatment of zinc+ boron increased the whole zinc and boron contents of+3 leaves. The treatments of zinc、 zinc + boron promoted the whole potassium、 phosphoric content of+3 leaves , and the boron treatment improved the whole nitrogen、 potassium、 calcium contents of +3 leaves. the treatments of zinc、 zinc+boron had a little function on the absorption of magnesium。4. In the agronomic characters: Compared with CK, the treatments of zinc、 boron、 zinc + boron increased tillering rate, the effective stem and the average stem weight, and the treatments of zinc、 zinc + boron promoted the stem length.5. In the yield of sugarcane: All treatments improved the actual sugarcane yield. The sequences were zinc + boron> zinc> boron >CK. Compared with CK, the treatments of zinc、 boron、 zinc + boron increased the yield of per acre by 1.17%, 0.33%, 6.05% respectively .6. In sugar quality : Compared with CK, the treatments of zinc 、 boron and zinc + boron increased the sucrose of sugarcane by 0.68 %( average value), 0.09 %( average value), 0.41%( average value) respectively. The treatments of zinc、 zinc + boron increased the juice gravity of sugarcane by 0.54%( average value)and 1.72%( average value) respectively, but the treatment of boron decreased juice gravity by 0.45%( average value). The treatments of zinc, boron, zinc+ boron increased sucrose yield 76.3 kg/666.7m~2, 13.4 kg/666.7m~2, 91.2 kg/666.7m~2 respectively.7. According to the general comparison , the treatment of zinc + boron was the best of all at the condition of this experiment.
