陶粒混凝土与钢筋粘结锚固性能的试验研究

【摘要】 轻骨料混凝土是一种比较理想的建筑材料,具有轻质、保温、隔热等诸多优点。它是由粘土陶粒、粉煤灰陶粒等粗骨料以及常用的砂、水泥、水等材料制作而成。目前已广泛应用于桥梁以及各种工业民用建筑上。 目前,在广西有关轻骨料混凝土的研究正在起步,其各方面性能还要进行广泛的试验研究。本论文是通过对75个试件的拉拔试验来探讨陶粒混凝土与变形钢筋之间的粘结锚固性能。试验通过改变陶粒混凝土立方体抗压强度、锚固长度、保护层厚度、箍筋间距、钢筋直径等锚固条件统计回归粘结锚固的极限强度公式以及特征滑移值;采用内贴片试验探讨粘结应力沿锚长的变化规律;在试验研究的基础上进行了可靠度分析,提出螺纹钢筋在陶粒混凝土中的锚固长度的设计建议。 试验研究结果说明,以南宁市福民节能保温陶粒制品厂生产的陶粒作粗骨料的轻质混凝土,其粘结锚固性能不比普通混凝土差。按《轻骨料混凝土结构设计规程》JGJ12—99规程建议值进行锚固设计是偏于安全的。

【Abstract】 As we know, the lightweight aggregate concrete is an ideal building material on account of its properties such as light weight, high heat preservation and inhere fire resistance. It is made of sand, cement and lightweight aggregate, etc. Some of the lightweight aggregates include pumice, stuff, expanded clays (haydite), etc. Now it is widely used in bridge building and civil engineering.In Guangxi region, the research on lightweight aggregate concrete is only beginning, the properties of the new material needs to be further experimented on. The bonding mechanism between deformed bar and lightweight concrete is discussed in this paper based on the pullout test results of 75 specimens. By the analyses of the influence of grout compression strength, anchorage length and bar diameter on anchorage behavior, the formulas of the characteristic strength value and characteristic slip value are attained by means of statistical regression. Based on the pullout test with strain pieces stuck on the internal groove of the bar, the rule of the bonding stress along the anchorage length is studied. In conclusion, the bond anchorage reliability analyses are carried out to validate the safety of anchorage length provided by "Specification for Design of Lightweight Aggregate Concrete Structure (JGJ12-99)" .The experimental results show that the bonding mechanics properties of lightweight concrete, whose coarse aggregate is made of haydite produced in Guangxi region is better than common concrete. The anchorage length of reinforcing bar embedded in lightweight concrete provided by "Specification for Design of Lightweight Aggregate Concrete Structure (JGJ12-99)" is safe.
