基于Windows平台的开放式数控系统网络远程监控技术的研究

【摘要】 目前大多数国产普及型数控系统尚无网络功能或仅能实现网络文件的传输和保存等简单功能,且大多基于DOS平台,界面不够友好,操作不便。本课题针对这些存在问题,将以太网技术应用于数控系统的网络远程监控,构建了基于C/S模式的网络监控平台。采用基于MFC的Windows Socket网络编程技术、多线程编程技术,开发出基于Windows平台的开放式数控系统网络监控系统软件。 本网络监控系统经过调试,已成功实现:(1)服务器与数控系统客户机之间的网络通信和数据交换;(2)对数控系统加工过程的准实时监控和对数控系统操作界面的监控;(3)对数控系统文件进行管理以及为数控系统提供NC代码文件下载服务。 本文的创新点在于:(1)设计了一种新的监控算法,该算法首先通过以太网传输加工点的实时坐标,而不是传输庞大的加工现场图像数据。然后利用这些实时坐标在监控端仿真出加工轨迹。克服了Windows和以太网固有的弱实时性与机床监控的强实时性要求之间的矛盾,实现了对数控系统的准实时监控。(2)采用分段传输的办法,解决了大型甚至超大型NC代码文件在网络中的可靠传输问题。

【Abstract】 In China, most popular NC system at present have no network function or can realize some simple network functions only yet, for instance transmission and save of the network file. And mostly based on DOS platform, the interface isn’t intuitional enough and operation isn’t easy.The paper is written on purpose of solving the problems mentioned above. The main content of the research include: using Ethernet technology to built up a network remote monitor system and applying it on open architecture NC system. This system use C/S mode to establish the network remote monitor platform, and adopt Windows Socket programming technology based on MFC, Multi-Thread programming technology to develop the systematic network monitoring software based on Windows platform.Through debugging, this network monitoring system has already been succeeded in realizing: (1) network communication function, data exchange function between server and client of the NC system; (2) the Control to systematic processing course in quasi-real time and the control to the system operation interface of NC; (3) Manage file of NC system and offer NC code file to download for NC.There are two innovations in this paper. (1) Have designed a kind of new control algorithm. Its basic thinking is Transmit the real-time coordinates of the processing stand through Ethernet at first, but not transmit the huge processing on-the-spot picture data, Have overcome Windows and Ethernet’sinherent weak real-time character shortcoming, then utilize these real-time coordinates to simulate the trace of processing in the monitor PC. With the algorithm, we have realized the control to NC in quasi-real time; (2) Have adopt segment transmission method, solved large-scale even ultra large-scale NC code file reliable transmission problem among network.
