以沼气为燃料的发动机改装及其性能参数优化试验研究

【摘要】 文章首先介绍以沼气作为发动机燃料的应用研究现状和重要性,沼气的成份、物理化学性质及其在发动机上燃用需解决的问题,从中找出燃用沼气的技术措施。由于沼气的主要成份为CH4但成份中含有相当比例的CO2,辛烷值高,着火温度高,燃烧速度慢,抗爆性强,在发动机上燃用首先解决起动着火性能,所以需要采用较大的压缩比和采用高能点火及较高的点火提前角或供油提前角,以及配置合适空燃比等技术方法。为此,分别对165F汽油机和165F柴油机进行燃用沼气的改装试验。将汽油机原机的磁电机点火系统改成蓄电池点火系统,改善它的点火强度,获得更好的起动和低速运转性能;加装沼气—空气混合器,以获得适当空燃比,使发动机起动容易且能正常运行;改变压缩比和点火提前角,对比其动力性能;柴油机上改装试验是采用双燃料发动机方式,加装沼气—空气混合器,改变供油提前角,对比其动力性能和经济性能。试验表明:汽油机和柴油机经过改装燃用沼气发动机都能起动,加速效果好,运行正常,通过提高汽油机的压缩比和增大点火提前角,能够改善发动机的燃烧,提高其动力性,节油效果明显;保持柴油机的高压缩比,增大供油提前角,也能够改善沼气—柴油双燃料发动机的燃烧,其动力性能和经济性能亦有提高。 为了寻求发动机性能参数的优化匹配,在性能试验的基础上,运用多因素二次正交回归旋转组合试验的设计方法,选择压缩比、点火提前角、

【Abstract】 The thesis firstly introduces the present situation of application research of taking biogas as the fuel of engine and its importance, composition and physical-chemical properties of biogas and problems need to be solved, find out technical measures. Since the major composition of biogas is CH4, but contains a considerable proportion of CO2, ignition temperature is high, burning speed is slow, octane value is high, with high anti-explosion, when it burns, the first problem is to gear the engine, thus employ technical measures such as high energy ignition, higher compression ratio, bigger spark advance or supplying oil advance angle, collocate suitable ratio of air and fuel etc. Consequently, refit gasoline and diesel engine of 165F respectively and make experiments. Alter the magnetic ignition system of gasoline engine to battery ignition system, improve ignition strength, get better performance of start and operating at low speed, fix biogas-air carburetor, attain suitable ratio of air and fuel, let engine start easily and run normally, change the compression ratio and spark advance angle and compare the power performance. The refitment of diesel engine is dual-fuel engine; fix biogas-air carburetor, change supplying oil advance angle and compare the power and economic performance. Experiment shows: after refitted, gasoline and diesel engine can start easily and run normally, the acceleration effect is fine. Enhance compression ratio and spark advance angle, the combustion of biogas engine and its power performance are improved, with obvious gasoline conservation. Maintain high compression ratio, enhance supplying oil advance angle also improve the combustion of biogas-diesel dual fuel engine and its performance.To seek optimal matching of performance parameters, design of orthogonal performance, regression rotation experiment is made base on the experiment. Experiment of four adjustingparameters (compression ratio, spark advance angle, rotation speed, load rate) is designed. Influence of the power of 165F biogas engine is researched under different matching of parameters. The corresponding mathematical models are established. Finally, seek the best parameter with computer; the two regression equations at maximum torque and power are optimized. The best values of each performance in theory and the corresponding values of adjusting parameters are concluded. The result is revised with experiment and with realization for the guidance of actual use.Research result shows: the refitment application of engine can alleviate energy scarcity, make use of convenient and reliable biogas, offer power for agricultural production. Through the parameters optimization the power and economic performance of engine are improve to a certain extent. The conclusion has guidance and propellant effect on research and appliance on agricultural production of taking biogas as the fuel of engine.
