蜂窝钢梁应用研究

【摘要】 本文对六边形孔和圆形孔这两种孔形的蜂窝钢梁进行了理论研究和试验研究。结合我国型钢规格,提出两种孔形蜂窝钢梁强度、稳定简化计算方法,并把有关参数制成图表,使繁琐的设计计算大为简化。还编制了六边形孔蜂窝钢梁的承载能力表。通过两种孔形蜂窝钢梁截面优化设计的理论分析,提出了梁的最佳扩张比、梁桥高度和梁墩宽度取值的建议。研究分析了圆形孔蜂窝梁在荷载作用下孔周边的应力分布,确定了在各种荷载状态下的最不利截面。为了做对比研究,笔者还制作了三根试验梁,其中一根六边形孔蜂窝梁和二根圆形孔蜂窝梁。通过试验,将两种孔形梁的受力特性、承载能力进行了对比分析;将两种孔形梁的理论简化计算结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,以验证理论简化计算的精度与可靠性。
【Abstract】 The theoretical and experimental studies on hexagon hole and circular hole steel castellated beams are included in this paper. Based on the structural steel specification of our country, the author advances the simplified strength and stability calculation methods for these two hole’s types of castellated beams, and draws up diagrams of involved parameters to simplify the complex designing calculation process greatly. The carrying capacity table of hexagon hole castellated beams had also been compiled. After the theoretical analysis on optimization design of the sections of these two hole’s types of steel castellated beams. The author made suggestions for choosing values of the best beam expansion ratio, beam bridge height and beam pier width. In order to ascertain the worst section under various load cases, this paper studies and analyses the stress distribution on the hole edge of the circular hole castellated beams under loads acting. For the purpose of a contrast analysis, the author made three experimental beams, one was hexagon hole castellated beam and the other two were circular hole castellated beams. The mechanical characteristic and carrying capacity etc. of these two kinds of beams had been contrasted and analyzed. For verifying the precision and reliability of the simplified theoretical calculation methods, the simplified theoretical calculation and the experiment results of these two kinds of beams had also been contrasted and analyzed.
