用强碱性阴离子交换树脂回收氰化物的研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究了用强碱性阴离子交换树脂回收氰化物,并对其吸附机理进行了初步探讨。实验中,分别选择了两种强碱性阴离子交换树脂:D2-1树脂与201×7树脂。研究了吸附过程的主要影响因素:溶液的初始pH值、温度、浓度等,确定了这两种树脂对氰化物的最佳吸附解吸条件、饱和吸附量,并探讨了吸附过程的热力学及动力学规律。实验还确定了一种良好的中性解吸剂A,避免了以往用酸解吸过程中产生的剧毒氢氰酸,使得氰化物的回收更为安全有效。实验结果表明,这两种树脂的最佳吸附条件均为:pH值控制在10~11之间,室温,静态吸附振荡15min。其静态饱和吸附量分别为:15.49mg/mL湿树脂,25.39mg/mL湿树脂。并确定了吸附和解吸的速率常数:D2-1树脂的分别为1.04×10-2S-1,1.48×10-2S-1,201×7树脂的分别为1.01×10-2S-1,2.12×10-2S-1,且吸附过程符合Freundlich经验等温式,结果表明201×7树脂对氰化物的吸附性能优于D2-1树脂,在处理、回收提金废水中氰化物的技术方面更具有优势。文中还对201×7树脂对氰化物的吸附机理进行了探讨,表明CN-在201×7树脂上的吸附机理主要是CN-与树脂的季胺基团形成氢键吸附和范德华吸附。这些为实际工业生产中回收利用含氰废水中氰化物奠定了理论及实验基础。

【Abstract】 This paper deals mainly with the adsorption and elution performances of strong basic anion exchange resins to recover cyanide. Through the experiments, D2-1 resin and 201× 7 resin were selected, respectively. By considering the initial pH value, temperature, concentration, etc. effective factors, the paper was focus on optimizing the adsorptive condition, determining the capacity of saturation adsorption and the regularity of dynamics and thermodynamics. At the same time, a neutral strip agent was selected. It avoids the production of HCN, which used to be produced in the course of elution by acid strippant, and makes the recovery process safer and more effective. The optimum conditions for cyanide adsorption were obtained: the pH value 10 to 11, normal temperature and static state for 15 minutes. The results show that the capacities of static saturation adsorption for cyanide of these two resins are 15.40mg/mLwet resin and 25.39mg/mLwet resin, respectively. The speed constants of adsorption and elution for D2-1 resin are k=1.04×10-2s-1 and k=1.48×10-2s-1 respectively, for 201×7 basic anion exchange resin are k=1.01×10-2s-1 and k=2.12× 10-2s-1 respectively. The adsorption processes of these two resins are consistent with Freundlich’s equation. The results illustrate that the adsorptive performance of 201× 7 resin is better than that of D2-1 resin. Therefore 201× 7 resin has the prospect of industrial application for disposal and recovery of cyanide, In additional, the adsorptive mechanics of 201× 7 resin for cyanide were primarily discussed. It seems that hydrogen bond and physical adsorption was formed. This study will be beneficial to industrial application of resin for the recovery of cyanide.
