【摘要】 保护规划和建筑设计之间的断层在历史街区保护中非常明显,需要一种能整体协调公共空间并使之有效落实的方法和手段,而城市设计正是这样的一种纽带。本文的出发点即是针对许多历史街区单体建筑或环境的保护、修复水平很高,却难以形成整体协调的城市环境的问题,引入保护性城市设计的概念。本文所要思考及讨论的是:历史街区的保护性城市设计如何通过对空间的有效控制,使保护不仅局限于历史建筑与群落,而从保护传统空间特色,塑造历史街区风貌整体性入手,完善历史街区的人居环境。 论文首先在分析了历史街区保护性城市设计的含义的基础上,指出保护性城市设计与保护规划的异同,明确保护性城市设计的研究范畴及其作用,并梳理了国内历史街区保护性城市设计的相关理论及实践经验,指出亟待研究的不足之处。 其次,通过对空间肌理、尺度、轴线、界面、场所感的分析以及空间中最重要的物质因素——建筑的定位、定形和定调的分析,从空间的物质形态方面研究了保护性城市设计如何保护传统空间特色,维护街区整体风貌。 最后,从城市设计的角度,通过对河坊街和新天地两个极具代表性的保护案例的实例解读,具体而微地探讨历史街区保护性城市设计的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Protect of the programming and building design breaks the layer in the history street area protect very obvious, need to be a kind of ability whole method and meanses of valid implementation that moderate the public space and make, Urbun design exactly do it. This text to consider and what to discuss is:The protection city design of the history street area how pass the valid control toward the space, make protection not only limitted at the history building and clusters to fall, but from protect the traditional space special features, mold the history street area appearance whole to commence, the person of the perfect history street area resides the environment.Firstly, thesis in analyzing the foundation of the meaning of the history street area protection city design, point out the different and similar of protect sex city design and the protection programming, research category and its functions that the explicit protection city design, and combed the related theories that the local history street area protection city design and practice the experience, point out that the place of the shortage that needs the research.Secondly, pass to space skin texture, analysis and spaces of feeling of dimensions, stalk line, interface, place the most important material factor- architectural fixed position, fixed form and adjust certainly of analysis, studied how the protection city design protect the traditional space special features from the material appearance of the space, whole appearance of the maintenance street area.Finally, from the angle that the city design, pass the application to the river shop street and new worlds are two very representatively protect a reading of the case example, inquiry into the history street area protection city design having everything in miniaturely.更多还原
