受硼酸腐蚀的钢筋混凝土性能试验研究及寿命预测

【摘要】 本文通过模拟试验,对硼酸腐蚀钢筋混凝土的过程进行了基础性研究。研究分别得出了混凝土性能、钢筋性能及钢筋与混凝土粘结性能在硼酸腐蚀条件下的变化情况,以微观分析试验研究对钢筋混凝土上述性能的变化进行更深入的研究和验证,并以试验结果为依据对钢筋混凝土性能进行综合评定,得到钢筋混凝土强度性能的损失率,从钢筋混凝土性能损失率随时间变化的规律得到其剩余寿命。本文分析了硼酸对结构混凝土造成侵蚀的机理,总结了硼酸侵蚀钢筋混凝土的各种影响因素,并对下一步的深入研究提出了相应的建议。

【Abstract】 The paper studied the changing process of the reinforcement concrete in a construction eroded by boron on the base of experimental, got the changing regular of the properties of the steel bar 、 the concrete and the adhesive strength between steel bar and concrete, and then the paper researched the reason for the properties to act such through microanalysis. Taking the test results as the criterion, this approach yields the deterioration degree and deterioration rate of the reinforcing concrete. Based on the assumption that deterioration varies with time, the residual service life is yielded. The paper presented the mechanism of the corrosion of boron on concrete, and summerized the kinds of influential factors on the erosion of boron on concrete, and the paper gave the suggests to the researchers who continue to apply the study according to the tests in this paper.
