嵌入式网络注塑机人机界面设计

【摘要】 随着自动化技术、计算机技术和电子技术的发展,注塑产业得到了飞速的发展。以微处理器为核心的注塑机智能控制器人机操作方便,设计上更合理,系统稳定性好,不仅大幅提高了注塑行业的生产效率,而且有利于节能和节省原料。同时,提高注塑机的管理水平,有利于降低注塑产品的人力成本,增加产品的竞争力,因此当前注塑机的网络化呼声越来越强。 本文介绍的网络注塑机监控系统由两部分组成:注塑机控制器和监控软件,其中注塑机控制器又分成相对独立的两部分:下位控制器和人机界面。本文着重介绍了人机界面的硬件和软件的设计、实现过程。人机界面的硬件设计上采用了嵌入式微处理器——ARM,软件设计上采用了嵌入式实时操作系统——uC/OS—Ⅱ。人机界面不仅提供给用户一个友好的人机接口,如方便用户现场设置参数,监视和控制注塑机的运行情况等,还实现了注塑机的上网功能,PC机可以通过网络对注塑机群进行集中监视和管理。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development in the technology of automation, computer and electron, the plastic industry has been growing quickly, an intellgent controller of a plastic injection machine based on microprocessor offers users a friendly interface, reasonable design and good stability, so productivity effect is improved, energy and material are saved. The improvement in administering plastic injection machines can reduce manpower cost of product and strengthen the competition of product, so more and more people hope to connect plastic injection machines into a network.The plastic injection machine monitoring system is made up of the controller and the software for monitoring plastic injection machines, moreover, the controller is made up of the man-machine interface and the controller below it. The paper mainly focuses on the hardware and software design of the man-machine interface. We adopt the embedded microprocessor - ARM and the embedded real-time operation system - uC/OS-II to design it. The man-machine interface not only offers users a friendly interface, for example, it’ s convenient for users to set parameters, monitor and administer plastic injection machines on the spot, but also helps plastic injection machines connect into a network and a computer can monitor and administer them through the network.
