基于QoS的煤矿安全实时监测系统通信协议研究及系统设计

【摘要】 近年来,我国煤矿安全事故频频发生,造成了惨重的人员伤亡和巨大经济损失,给我国的煤矿行业的发展敲响了警钟。长期以来,我国煤炭行业走着一条粗犷式的发展道路,安全信息技术的网络化程度不高,井下安全生产情况不能及时传到井上生产控制中心,这些都是事故频发的症结所在。因此,建立一套完整的煤矿安全监控体系迫在眉睫。 本文通过对煤矿安全实时监测系统的需求分析,提出了基于B/S(Browser/Server)的分布式监控系统解决方案。监控网络分为三层: 1、在井下设计智能终端,它负责煤矿安全生产数据的采集并向井上传输。同时智能终端还具有瓦斯超限报警和瓦斯闭锁功能。以智能终端为无线网络的接入点,采用RFID(Radio Frequency Identification Technology)的技术设计便携式数据采集器,组建井下无线网络。井下有线网络和无线网络共同构建立体化的数据采集系统。 2、井上研制井端服务器,由井端服务器将矿井下的有线网络接入Internet网。并提供Web页供有权限的用户访问。 3、地面控制中心由客户终端和后台数据库组成,完成安全生产数据的统计、预测、分析,并对矿井的安全生产进行全面监控。 在煤矿安全实时监测系统的方案设计和开发过程中,本文重点研究了基于QoS(Quality of Service)的煤矿安全实时监测系统的通信协议。在分析系统传输数据特点、网络结构及其它总线优势的基础上,提出以改进的RS-485组网。通过对冲撞与避免,帧结构设计,优先权设定,差错控制,校验等技术的研究,提高网络传输质量,使系统在安全性、可靠性和实时性等方面满足煤矿实时监测系统应用的要求。 系统在硬件设计中采用了ZiLOG司的Z8F6423、Z8F042A、eZ80F91微处理器芯片研制井下智能终端、便携式数据采集器和井端服务器。最终完成煤矿安全实时监测系统的方案设计和部分软硬件的开发。
【Abstract】 In resent years, accidents in coal mine happened frequently in our country, which obstructed its progress and also impacted greatly to people’s life and belongings. In the past, the rough developing mode, lacking of network system in security information system which caused working security information in a mine can’t be transmitted to a control center in time, are the root causes of these coal-mining accidents. Therefore, a complete security monitor system of a coal mine is urgent to be developed.According to the analysis of the requirement of a security real-time monitor system of a coal mine, this article presented the solution of a distributed monitor system based on B/S (Browser/Server). The monitor network has 3 levels:1. there is an intelligent terminal, which captures the security data in a mine and transmits up and out of the mine. Meanwhile, the terminal also has the functions to alarm when gas overflows and to block the gas. Then the wireless network in the mine is made of an intelligent terminal, which acts as AP (Access Point), and a portable data collector based on RFID technology. The wired network and wireless network in the mine construct a multi-dimensional data collection system.2. Just outside the mine there is a server, which brings the network in the mine to the internet.3. The ground control center, which consists of the client terminal and background database, monitors the while mine.The paper’s emphasis is the telecommunication protocol based on the QoS (Quality of Service) in the coal mine’s security real-time monitor system. Relied on the analysis of the system communication data characteristic, network structure and other bus advantage, we construct the networks using improved RS-485. By studying the colliding and avoiding, frame structure design, priority setting, error control and verification technology, we improve the quality of the network communication, and satisfy a coal mine real-time monitor system application on system security, reliability and real-time.The system involved Z8F6423, Z8F042A, eZ80F91 MCU from ZiLOG for the intelligent terminal in the mine, the portable data collector and sever outside the mine. All the coal mine security real-time monitor system solution and part of the hardware and software have been completed in this paper.
