大中型泵站老化模糊层次综合评估体系研究

【摘要】 建国以来,随着工农业生产的发展,我国的机电排灌事业取得了举世瞩目的成就。据不完全统计,到目前为止,全国拥有大中小各种排灌泵站50余万座,机电排灌装机总动力达7000多万kW。然而,这些泵站约半数以上已连续运行二三十年,机电设备和水工建筑物都已处于不同程度的老化状态,泵站功能衰减、工程效益下降、机组故障频繁,已严重威胁泵站的安全运行。近年来,国家准备投入巨资,以迎接泵站更新改造的高峰期。然而,对现有泵站工程做出正确的诊断和评估分级是选定最佳维修、加固和重建方案的前提。因此,老化评估问题已经成为现今泵站更新改造研究中的热点课题。 本文在总结前人成果和大量调研的基础上,从机电设备和建筑物两大方面对泵站工程老化机理进行分析,建立较为客观的指标体系。并根据泵站工程各设备的老化机理复杂这一实际情况,本文结合应用模糊数学和层次分析法中的有关理论,建立泵站老化评估体系,构造数学模型,并对该模型进行优化。本文采用带自调节功能层次分析法,将影响泵站工程老化的诸多因素进行层次分析比较,确定指标权重;采用模糊数学理论,将定性指标和定量指标进行量化,并进行综合评价。同时,本文还尝试性运用灰色预测理论对泵站工程老化进行预测分析,并建立数学模型。 通过一个工程实例对模糊层次分析模型进行了检验,验证了计算结果的准确性;并利用VB语言程序开发了自动评估系统,将计算机技术成功地应用到泵站工程老化病害的评估之中,使评估更加简单、快速和准确。

【Abstract】 With the development of industry and agriculture after the foundation of new China, we have made standout achivements in our irrigation and drainage course by pumps. As it is recorded, so far, more than a half million pumping stations with all kinds of sizes have been established whose power attain 70 million kilowatt. However, half of them have kept working over 20 even 30 years. Most equipments and buildings are in different degrees of aging. Such problems as function decaying, benefits declining and malfunctions happening have already badly threatened safety operation of the pumping stations. After a while, our government will put high investments to renew and rebuild the projects. The most important thing is to make correct diagnosis and evaluation, which is the premise of deciding optimal maintenance, reinforce and rebuilding. From these, we can conclude that nowadays aging evaluation has become a hot topic and task in the research of pumping station engineerings.Comparative index system are builded based on former production and a mass of research, through analysis to the aging principle from two aspects of equipments and buildings in this dissertation.For the fact that the aging principle of pumping stations is perplexing , a proper model suitable for aging evaluating based on Fuzzy Hierarchy compositing method. Ascertaining the weight of indexes through applying analytical hierarchy process. Measuring quantitative and qualitative index and progressing general evaluating through fuzzy maths theory. At the same time , Gray theory is applied in forecasting aging of pumping stations and maths method is builded.Testing the Fuzzy Hierarchy compositing model through an engineering case, validating the veracity of the consult. Making an automatic evaluating system using VB language which successfully applying the computer technology into this research. In this way, we reach a more simple, rapid and exact method.
